When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.

Thankfully, my 18 year old, 1 week newly-licensed daughter was not hurt while driving it when the car basically just fell apart while taking a right hand turn. Long story short, the owner refuses to acknowledge the problem, trying to pawn it off onto the mechanic he paid to work on it at the shop across the street from the dealership. If someone gets food poisoning while eating at a restaurant, the owner doesn't tell the customer to take it up with the farmer. If a client's hair obtains damage at a salon, the stylist doesn't tell the client to take it up with TIGI or Matrix. The service provider is responsible for their product/service. The owner is refusing to mail the plates to my address because after several attempts to resolve the problem justly, action was taken and the business has been reported to the BBB, which evidently has ruffled feathers.It is so very unfortunate that the problem could not be resolved outside of court.
