For not a lot of money, they come out twice per year and perform a very thorough pre cooling season and a pre heating system check in order to head off any problems. So far, I've had no problems. They then called to say the tech could come sooner and I missed the call! Called them back and hour later and still was able to get the tech early. Great customer service from Paige!! Justin the tech arrived and within 5 minutes he identified the problem and solution. He throughly explained everything and showed me the DAT was broken. He was able to replace and fix the system within 30 minutes. He was full of knowledge concerning HVAC with lots of tips and information about my system. He even invited me to take a look in the attic and explained some of the features. Another example of outstanding customer service far beyond what was expected. Will definitely call Advanced for any further HVAC problems.

I found this company through an Old Republic home warranty, and I was extremely pleased with the…read moreservice I received. They came out very quick to assess the problem and within 30 minutes they were ready to move on with the next steps. They went to bat for me with Old Republic and were able to get an entire new system approved. When I was curious to know the status of the order, he was quick to respond by text. Since I went through warranty, the wait was longer than expected. Add in high demand due to it being the hottest time of year, and I was looking at 2-3 weeks. In an effort to expedite the process, he offered to pick up the parts from their warehouse once they arrived rather than waiting for the parts to get to his shop. 2-3 weeks turned into just over a week. Once the parts arrived, they scheduled the job for a couple days later at 10am and they showed up at 10am sharp. They got to work and did a high quality job. They cleaned up the job very well, ran me through all the important tips and tricks of the system, and answered every single question I asked. When I noticed something was wrong, they went right to diagnosing it and fixed it in minutes. They even hung around for another hour or so to double and triple check all systems were running well and to ensure nothing was running below 100%. They were very friendly, easy to talk to, and it would be my pleasure to have them do any more work that I need done in the future.

I was a case-study in how NOT to maintain my dryer duct: It had been almost 20 years since it had been cleaned. We bought a new drier, which shut down due to restricted air flow. I had had a competitor come out the day before Omer's visit; while friendly, all they had was a hand-operated floppy brush more suited to HVAC ducts. They had no luck, and suggested I just move the dryer out to the garage and put in a new duct! Omer arrived with 2 different cameras, and a range of stiff brushes which he worked with his drill, in very tight spaces, and was finally able to dislodge what must have been a 10#, soaking wet mass of lint. He installed an upgraded flexible duct and a new outside duct cover, and cleaned everything up. I've learned my lesson: call Lady Bird out annually, and request Omer!
