The service is a one…read more I went about two years ago and was so poorly treated, I don't remember in what way, but I remember every time I drive by that it's not a place I should be going to. A few days ago I needed to get some key copies made so I was nearby and went in. I asked where the key copying was and a guy pointed to the far back corner. I went over there and sat on the chair near the cash register because I was not feeling well, and saw a guy 20 feet away with the sun behind him, he was not wearing a red Ace jacket like others there did, and I asked "do you work here?" His reply was, I've been pretty accurate here, "no I just like cleaning up stuff for fun in my spare time." I was sitting on the chair by the cash register which should be enough for him to say don't sit on the chair by the cash register, I felt that was very rude but perhaps he would follow up with a OK but how can I help you. No. That was all he said and then he continued cleaning up around the key duplication machine for another minute or two before I said that I would like some key copies. He had a short name perhaps three letters? I went and paid at the register, asked a guy if he was the manager and he said yes and I told him what happened. I said someone like this shouldn't be working anywhere, much less at an ace hardware store. If you're interested it did seem that they had lots and lots of supplies and things that one might need, but I think that there could be other better, nicer, friendlier and perhaps cheaper, do your own research, places to go by whatever it is that you might need.

The kiosk had my original key and was not releasing it. (Nor was it working to make my key) She, Ingrid, said, "That's not our machine, it's 3rd party" I asked her how I could get my key out of the machine? She said, "I don't know, it 3rd party" again. I asked her to get a manager. That never happened. I felt dismissed. I don't want anyone else to have this experience. If you want support, don't ask Ingrid and don't use the key kiosk.

She said oh you can't buy it, it is a display. Ok.... So I then ask her how long it would take to get one if I order it? her reply was "What do you mean" Me - I am not sure how to rephrase that-your item is out of stock, I want to order one. She told me that they do not take orders... So I ask-so your company is advertising a product that is not in stock in your store, or any other store and I cannot order it-she said yes. So I asked to speam with a supervisor-perhaps that person can help me figure out how to purchase the item they are advertising. After 5 minutes on hold, another person comes on line, and after going through all the same information, he also tells me there are "not any available within at least a 100 mile radius", I ask if he can perhaps suggest a comparable pump? While still on the phone with him, I go back to the website hoping he will offer a suggestion, and the link for the pump I called about shows that it is in stock 5 miles away and ask him why it is showing they have them if there aren't any in a "100 mile radius" he says "let me check....uhhh oh...yes they show that there are 3 in stock". Are you kidding me?? So apparently BOTH of these people were too lazy to actually check and see if there any in stock anywhere else? They need to do some serious customer service training here-these associates do NOT care about customers or sales.

When you walk in and glance across displays and vast variety well laid out plain to see; obviously done with care and concern of the customer who can find parts and supplies which would not be found in 97% of all stores in a 20 mile radius (probably even 50 miles) I will sum it up with, they have a niche market of supplying the unseen variety and choice that competitors will never offer to you. From the very beginning of the transaction until the very end, Ricardo had a poor attitude. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little concern for providing good customer service. On top of that, he entered the wrong area code for my phone number. That simple mistake resulted in me not receiving important delivery communications and caused an incredible amount of unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I spent 45 minutes on hold, only to have the call disconnected. I then drove to the store, where I was assured that my refrigerator would be delivered that same day. Later, after spending another 45 minutes on hold and then an additional 50 minutes on another call, I was finally told that delivery could not happen until the following day. Wanting to give the store an opportunity to address the situation, I called and asked to speak with the Store Manager, Jeff. The store operator told me to hold and assured me that Jeff would be with me shortly. I remained on hold for 38 minutes, only to have the line go dead. Once again, my time was completely disregarded. I returned to the store to try to resolve the issue and spoke with Manager Clarissa. Unfortunately, rather than helping, she was unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or offering a reasonable solution, I was treated as though my time and concerns did not matter. After all the wasted time, repeated phone calls, multiple trips to the store, and the complete lack of customer service, I had no choice but to cancel my order and purchase my refrigerator from another company. This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have ever had. Ricardo's poor attitude and carelessness, combined with Manager Clarissa's unprofessional, rude, and dismissive behavior, turned what should have been a simple appliance purchase into an exhausting and unacceptable ordeal. Equally disappointing was my inability to even reach Store Manager Jeff after being left on hold for 38 minutes before the call was disconnected. I will do my best to avoid purchasing anything from Lowe's in the future, and I certainly cannot recommend your appliance department based on my experience. My most important complaint is that some of the categories do not make sense which makes you wander around for a while before you find what you need. For example, Plumbing is not a subcategory of faucets! Rather, faucets is a subcategory of plumbing, so why did they categorize the whole section as "Faucets"? Another example? Rodent xcluder fill fabric. If you ever manage to find anything of the sort, kudos to you! One of the sales people and I went isle after isle looking for it. For some reason, every body had a different opinion as to where it should be. Everybody agreed that they have it, no one including the computer were able to locate it. Prices are usually fair. Nevertheless, shopping here is one of the least pleasant activities I have to endure.

We could tell that he genuinely cared to help us and make sure that we got everything we needed. Raul was also helpful. We spoke with Nery to share our positive experience and he was pleasant to speak with. It seems like the leadership team really values their employees. This store was not busy when I came and I was able to find parking close to the entrance. It was very quiet inside but nicely organized. This Home Depot was one of the cleanest store I visited. I found the bathroom fixtures toward the back and they had some nice matte finish ones. I also took the time to look at some tiles and countertops which I saw a nice dark grey one at the store.
