    This review is only for the fresh cut flowers, nothing else. Move over Trader Joe's, I have a new found place to buy my fresh cut flowers. Every time I walk into Home Depot, their flowers are amazing. They last forever, and their prices are amazing. So girls, who needs Ralph's, Vons, Trader Joe's etc. Get your beautiful bouquets at Home Depot.

    Hours of operations.  Word overlays of precise time and location.

    Completely unacceptable experience at the West Hills Home Depot. I arrived at 9:58 PM, two minutes before their clearly posted 10:00 PM closing time, and the entrance doors were already locked. When I asked the manager to open the door since the store was technically still open, he flat-out refused. This is not how a professional retail store operates. If your posted hours say 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to enter until 10:00 PM. Locking the doors early is misleading and disrespectful to customers who made the effort to come before closing. Either management is cutting corners so employees can leave early, or they simply do not care about honoring their own business hours. If the store wants to close at 9:58 PM, then be honest and post that as your closing time. Otherwise this just feels like poor management and complete disregard for customers. Very disappointing experience.

    This review is solely for the outdoor gardening department.. it's dope I definitely recommend checking it out, they have a great selection of plants, very healthy with vibrant colors (: The staff was very friendly and helpful so thats a plus also i even had a bunny come say hi lol But yeah I enjoyed the experience so much I took some photos to share with you guys

    I went to my Home Depot and per usual I had questions for the helpful staff. My questions were about keys and is copying one an option. I was about to enter HD when I locked eyes with Carlos and I already had a feeling he's the one with the answers, I bashfully approached him with butterflies in my stomach, the other staff members quietly backed away. He just has that effect on people, myself included. I could see he was a macho guy, but with a delicate sole, I didn't want to scare him off. Listen, I'm a married man with a kid, alright. I just couldn't, I was so confused, the world was spinning around me as if I was drunk. I don't know, "maybe" I developed an instant man crush on him. Anywho, needles to say he had the answers I was looking for and he explained to me there's couple of options, and his voice was like angels singing in my ears. Where was I...oh right. 'My problems are solved' Carlos whispered to me gently. We had a moment and we both knew it was forbidden. I don't know about you, but that's what I call customer service. I don't know how many Carloses work at this Home depot, but he had brown skin, dark brown eyes and black hair, try and find him if you're there, it's life changing.

    Tucked away in West Hills it's kinda hidden as it's in the back sandwiched in the back of all of Ralph's, Walmart and Target - but those three are in different spots of the fallbrook center. I mean, all in all this Home Depot is like any other. Huge huge huge space with everything you can possibly conceive of that you may need for your needs. Went in for a leaf blower and for something as random as that, they had several options. Massive selection. Place was clean, organized, lots of employees to help and easy to find things as lanes were given descriptors - like a grocery store. As for the value, in this day and age everyone is so quick to buy online but I'm willing to spend a little extra to buy in person and support brick and mortar businesses.

    Awful customer service. They have plenty of people working but they just completely ignore online orders. It doesn't make any sense.

So I asked to speam with a supervisor-perhaps that person can help me figure out how to purchase the item they are advertising. After 5 minutes on hold, another person comes on line, and after going through all the same information, he also tells me there are "not any available within at least a 100 mile radius", I ask if he can perhaps suggest a comparable pump? While still on the phone with him, I go back to the website hoping he will offer a suggestion, and the link for the pump I called about shows that it is in stock 5 miles away and ask him why it is showing they have them if there aren't any in a "100 mile radius" he says "let me check....uhhh oh...yes they show that there are 3 in stock". Are you kidding me?? So apparently BOTH of these people were too lazy to actually check and see if there any in stock anywhere else? They need to do some serious customer service training here-these associates do NOT care about customers or sales.

When reaching out to their non-existent customer service, it took 5 days to get this response: This is the product direct from Genie company. If it will not fit your needs, you may return for a refund. Thank you. No "I'm sorry" - nothing. 5 days to receive that canned response. If there is an issue with your order, you will be on your own. I would avoid this company at all costs.

From the very beginning of the transaction until the very end, Ricardo had a poor attitude. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little concern for providing good customer service. On top of that, he entered the wrong area code for my phone number. That simple mistake resulted in me not receiving important delivery communications and caused an incredible amount of unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I spent 45 minutes on hold, only to have the call disconnected. I then drove to the store, where I was assured that my refrigerator would be delivered that same day. Later, after spending another 45 minutes on hold and then an additional 50 minutes on another call, I was finally told that delivery could not happen until the following day. Wanting to give the store an opportunity to address the situation, I called and asked to speak with the Store Manager, Jeff. The store operator told me to hold and assured me that Jeff would be with me shortly. I remained on hold for 38 minutes, only to have the line go dead. Once again, my time was completely disregarded. I returned to the store to try to resolve the issue and spoke with Manager Clarissa. Unfortunately, rather than helping, she was unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or offering a reasonable solution, I was treated as though my time and concerns did not matter. After all the wasted time, repeated phone calls, multiple trips to the store, and the complete lack of customer service, I had no choice but to cancel my order and purchase my refrigerator from another company. This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have ever had. Ricardo's poor attitude and carelessness, combined with Manager Clarissa's unprofessional, rude, and dismissive behavior, turned what should have been a simple appliance purchase into an exhausting and unacceptable ordeal. Equally disappointing was my inability to even reach Store Manager Jeff after being left on hold for 38 minutes before the call was disconnected. I will do my best to avoid purchasing anything from Lowe's in the future, and I certainly cannot recommend your appliance department based on my experience. I sincerely hope Lowe's addresses the conduct of Ricardo and Manager Clarissa so that other customers are not subjected to the same level of poor service. Very, very disappointing.
