Romina completely transformed the case I referred to her into a massive class action and got a huge settlement. While other employment lawyers just look at the case with a narrow scope (for example, a wrongful termination lawsuit is only a wrongful termination lawsuit), Romina will take a case and find other issues that other lawyers simply don't find. For example, my cousin was being harassed at her job and I sent her case to Romina. Romina not only handled the harassment, but she also found out that my cousin wasn't being given her breaks, lunches, and being underpaid. Brace yourselves people because this is a long one: Prior to RK's team reviewing my case I had been told numerous times that " you don't have a chance, it would be a waste of anyone's time." I even had a law firm's coordinator (whatever that is.) tell me " you're lucky we are returning your call." RK Legal was going to be my final attempt in gaining help.
