Literally spoke to them 15 minutes prior getting them to confirm they would take the paper quote from a competitor 5 mins away if I came there instead - drove here with a tire out of air just for them to straight lie on the phone to me and then try to say it needs to be $100 more than the price matched quote that I have from a normal tire shop right down the road . I even got a second quote from Dimmitt on the phone incase they wanted a second one that was within $20 of the paper quote I had in my hand - but magically they all of a sudden can only price match $100 over the quote I had - that isn't price matching and that's not what you told me on the phone. Dishonest business and poor way to treat a new customer that moved nearby and would of come repetitively - or at least you could of been honest and saved both of our time and I wouldn't of brought a quote after being told you'd price match it

But the guys at the shop helped me out and provided great service. They did not carry the tire but they ordered it for me and it was only took one day. I called the tire shop around 11:30 they said the tire wasn't there yet and called me back an hour later and help me as soon as I arrived the employees were all helpful. At the end of the service they hand out a thank you card with the business info and asking to rate them!

Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than what the dealership quoted. They also responded quickly and were the most accessible and accommodating. Weekday-only appointments but I was welcomed to drop off over the weekend. The drive was about 35 minutes from northwest Tampa but worth it. They started and completed my repair a day early! Crooks!! Stay away!!…read more Went in to have a NEW tire patched "professionally" and the work appeared to be performed incorrectly. Had to return 1 hour later when the tire went flat. The recommended remedy was to plug the tire instead. Now, there's damage to my new tire from having to Pierce the steel belt. I asked for a refund of the price difference and was told "No, your good. You asked for a patch and are leaving with a patch and plug". I replied, that I could have plugged it myself at home but I did not want to pierce a new tire, I wanted it done with a patch from the inside. He repeated, "well, your good".

I took my vehicle into Tim's Tire & Auto, he ordered new Crager wheels. This shop did not tell me…read morethey were slotted for the wheel nuts, he used the wrong heavy duty socket to install them and scratched and damaged in the area of the wheel nut. I asked him why he used such heavy socket and he had no excuse except that he only impact sockets (which were too thick). Then he told me the wheels had to be torqued at 100 lbs which I knew was incorrect and called Crager customer service and they advised not to torque over 80 ft lbs. After damaging both wheels which were very expensive he offered me $150 which with two damaged from wheels worth $600 was offensive. I will never do business with this company again. Please beware and be careful.
