SOS came out and was able to figure out the problem and replace a couple of solenoids. Steve set her sprinkler timer to the required day/time per the water restrictions. Her sprinklers went on the correct day/time but they did not stop. They kept running until she unplugged it. She called Steve, left a message explaining how the system would not turn off and if he can come back out or call her back and tell her what to do. No response from Steve. She called a week later, left a message. No response from Steve. Her new watering time is now midnight to 5am. She will have to stay up till midnight to plug in her sprinkler system and set her alarm to get up at 5am to unplug it. I am very disappointed in this company. Taking advantage of my mom. She paid over $600 and I asked her if Steve gave her an invoice or receipt for the work done and she said he didn't give her anything. Stay away from this business, especially if you are elderly.

This area was under a canoe so I didn't see it until much later. Needless to say, the line split and leaked horribly. There were 3 other leaks that I found and fixed. This doesn't count the leaks that were repaired as he put new lines maybe a half inch under ground and they were punctured with aeration shoes. I called him to make this right and was ghosted! Pasco County water couldn't provide any help other than to say replace the irrigation timer, so we called JDI and they did just that. I called Affordable Sprinkler Services yesterday and expected to get Mark, the Owner, who is mentioned in a number of the reviews. A fellow named Nate answered and said he could come right out. Nate is prompt, very knowledgeable and tracked the problem right down to a bad solenoid in the valve box. He had the correct parts on the truck and replaced the bad valve on the spot. Nate also checked the sprinkler heads and found one that did not have a filter in it and he installed one. Quality service at a fair price. He rerouted the piping from my pump to my water tank, relocated the pressure gauge to a better position and installed a fitting so that we can prime the water pump if needed.
