This guy is probably sadistic or sociopathic at the least - it seemed he took pleasure in leaving us without help. 4) There are several typos in his reply above - keep in mind that this is who will be analyzing your home and writing your 100+ page inspection report. So, I thought this company was no joke... Which was an about $30,000 mistake. As I paid the extra fee for the "pool/spa inspection". The inspector had zero idea what he was doing with the pool "inspection". The pool turned out to be completely compromised. The plaster lining has to be replaced because there are cracks so that are leak leaking behind the plaster. The entire filter and heater are compromised. Everything has to be replaced.
