I originally booked an appointment for the 4th of Nov since I was out of town, but my husband contracted covid so I had to change the appointment. They responded via email almost immediately and we were able to determine a new date right away. They arrived promptly on time and while I had electrical outlets and water access, they had their own to use. They even pulled the car out of the garage to wash to avoid water in the garage. I was stunned at how amazing my car looked. It literally looked like I pulled it out of the dealership with how immaculate the cleaning was. All I can say is that I am hooked and this is the only way I'm going to get my car cleaned!

The young inexperienced attendant told me to put my car in "D2" instead of "N" for neutral,,,,,,…read morethe car moved up the belt and then was stopped....another attendant tapped on my window told me to put the car in neutral... I explained what his co-worker told me to do.. the worker than said put the car in reverse I told him I wasn't backing the car up if he wanted to back it up... he could but i wasn't . The worker backed the car up and by doing so put holes in both tires on the drivers side. The tires didn't go flat I was able to drive the car home but woke up to two flat tires...again, like I said on the drivers side I called the car wash twice and left them a long text explaining what happened. I never heard a word back. I was completely ignored. Terrible customer service!! I was told they now have a sign that says....Put Your Car In Neutral.... Instead of a sign train your employees!! I will never return.... If anyone ever mentions the business I'll make it my mission to talk them out of going there.

After my wait to get in, I waited almost another half an hour for the car to be washed. This is my…read morethird try and last. Minimal work done. I don't even think they tried wiping the doors, same dirtiness that was on the back door last time that they left was still there. It looks wet inside like they're trying to make it seem that they cleaned and they did not do a good job. There's even stuff on the seat showing that they did not vacuum. Super upset. The tip box should be by the exit and not in the middle because I regret tipping five dollars. And then the guy that gave me the key that I asked to clean what wasn't clean which wasn't even done right again, had super angry look on his face. Also, I said no tire shine, but I didn't say don't clean them. That's part of a car wash, isn't it?
