After messaging him on Facebook, we quickly got my appointment scheduled and I purchased a ceramic coating and engine cleaning as additionals. His pricing is very fair, and I was more than happy to tip him and his crew a couple of extra bucks. They labored away for 4 hours in a 3-man team. Typically, my past detailing experiences have been subpar - the insides are usually drenched in unpleasant chemicals and some areas aren't properly wiped off. Let me just say that Niko went above and beyond and his attention to detail is second to none. He even went the length to take off my license plates and clean the dirt and grime behind that area. None of the insides were improperly wiped down, and the interior was clean, but not overpowering with the smell of chemicals. I won't hesitate to procure his services again.

I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

I called this company to come to the parking lot to clean a pick truck!…read moreI spoke to the owner of the company Dmytro Oliinyk and was told the price would be 180$ for a deep clean in & out! The next day his employee Nastya cleaned the truck at the parking lot, and then Dmytro called me to notify it was done. After I checked with him what exactly was cleaned and if they cleaned my pickup in & out, he commented that the truck was cleaned only inside but not outside because they do not clean trucks out when on outcall to the parking lots, which was not communicated up-front during the phone call when I requested the cleaning service. I've tried to discuss it numerous times over the phone with Dmytro so they can clean the truck outside. Still, the only thing he was demanding is I have to pay him immediately 180$ & indeed, their services cost over 300$, and it is described on their website existence of which I was not aware because I was referred to this cleaning service by word of mouth and only had their phone number. I declined to pay a total price of 180$ due to not completing the full in & out cleaning, and finally, we agreed with Dmytro that I only pay half of the cost despite me keep asking to complete a full cleaning and offering to pay a total fee of 180$ plus tips! After that, I asked Dmytro to provide his website and company name so I can read more info about their prices & offered services as well as the company name, so I can know who I'm paying and leave them a review! Dmytro was extremely rude demanding to Zelle to his personal name instead of paying the company. Then Dmytro called Nastya, that still was in the parking lot next to the truck and asked her to damage my pickup truck intentionally so it looks worst than it was before I called them to clean it. So basically, they threatened to damage my property (truck). I declined to pay him 90$ before he fully disclosed his company name and website, so I know more about them in case I need to claim insurance or file a lawsuit for damages! Now Dmytro began demanding that I pay him the total price because they won't return the key from my pick-up truck. 10 min later, I googled his phone number and was able to find all info I was asking for, including his name and his relation to the company. After I Zelled his company INCLEANING 90$, NASTYA left the parking lot and stole the pick-up key! I had to cancel all my work schedule and drive 1.40 hours to the truck parking lot priorly to reporting this incident to the police! After the sheriff arrived at the parking lot and discovered what had happened, he called Dmytro and notified him that the key from my truck had to be returned back asap; otherwise, he would arrest his employee Nastya for stolen property! So I waited another hour when Dmytro personally drove to the parking lot and met us with the sheriff to return the key from the truck!! This company has an absolute lack of customer service, neither resolving any issues caused by them!!! I ended up wasting about 8 hours of my time resolving this insident that was made by Dmytro Oliinyk and his company, INCLEANING!
