DO NOT come here, on 3/23 they STOLE my personal belongings, Kate spade bag, cleaning supplies, & a bag of quarters from the clutch and trunk of my car. I called them multiple times once I realized later in the week and every time the phone was answered by the rude women telling me that the owner isn't there . I tried to leave my information and didn't hear a response back from the opener. Not only did they steal my belongings , I waited 1 hour and they did a god awful job at cleaning like it was TERRIBLE . I couldn't even tell they attempted to clean anything. I used to come here often, I'll never be back. -didn't even open the trunk to vacuum until I told them to - passenger side wheels no dressing at all. Driver's side dressing dripping down the wheels and they don't wipe it off. I took a rag and did it myself. - wiping dirty door jams then using that same dirty rag to clean windows. - didn't even bother wiping the dashboard with a towel. Left dusty. I want to superior car wash on Saturday 6/7/25 and I paid close to $30 for a super car wash. I did not get what I paid for. A lot of things were missed 1st) They were supposed to vacuum out the inside of my car and they never did that. 2nd) They didn't wiped down anything on the inside of my car and there was still dusty on the dashboard when I got inside. 3rd) When I was sitting inside the shop I noticed that they had a worker that wasn't doing anything but standing around he was also looking at my vin number on my car and then looking at me, To see if I saw him do that. Which I find very inappropriate in this day and age. 4th) When My Car was almost done, one of the people that was drying my car he was yelling at me to go when there was still workers working and all my car doors were still open. Had my car done was told it is ready was given to me inside so I couldn't see the floors I get to the grocery I notice nothing was done inside my car so I went back. This place is my new spot since I just moved to the neighborhood. My boyfriend swears by this place and has been going here for years. I was very pleased with my visit today! My car was extremely dirty from all the snow and it finally hit 40 degrees so it was time for a wash. My boyfriend told me that every Tuesday is Ladies Day - $4 off any wash all day long! That was a plus for me. They also have a decent early bird deal as well as other discounts on other days! This place is always busy so dedicate at least an hour of your day unless you go really early. I usually do a second sweep of my car myself after getting it washed because I'm a clean freak like that and my car is only a year old. They did a very thorough job considering they were busy and my car was filthy. My weather tech mats were the dirtiest and they did a good job on those. I added a tire shine for $3 cause the regular wash doesn't include it. I appreciated that they washed the giant mat in my trunk!! I wasn't expecting that. I see the owner alot when I go and he's very proactive in his role. He was very kind to me, giving me updates on my car. He even stopped traffic for me so I could get out!! So so kind. read more

I have been going to Superior Car Wash for over 15 years during the winter months. I own a house. I wash my car during Spring/Summer months. During the winter months, the guys do a very good job washing/cleaning the exterior and interior of my white 2024 Tucson Trax (SUV). There are always several guys working on each vehicle. I had lots of needles in my trunk from a Christmas tree in 2024. The guy who vacuumed my trunk did an excellent job. NOT ONE single needle was found in my trunk! My car always gets washed thoroughly. Service is efficient, convenient and quick (unless there are numerous vehicles being washed). The only negative caveat about Superior Car Wash is YOU MUST ask for a $4 discount on Ladies Day (every Tuesday). They also give discounts to people over 65 years (any day of the week). However, if you don't request the $4 savings, they will NOT give you the discount. For example, I drive a SUV and get charged $22 for the "regular" wash (with discount it is $18). If I don't remind them of the $4 discount -- I will be nailed with full cost ($22 which happened once). They NEVER ask if you are 65 (or older). Yet, time and time again, I have to remind the guy of a $4 discount (ladies get a $4 discount every Tuesday BEFORE 10 a.m.). I usually arrive between 7 and 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. I recommend Superior Car Wash for the above reasons. read more

I always pass by here on my way home and see long lines all the time so figured it was good. Prices are not updated. I got charged for a regular SUV $22.95 when I have a midsize Chevy SUV. I paid for an inside/ outside cleaning and my dashboard was not clean at all. Water was still dripping on the outside when I came out. Had to re-stain my front windshield right away. Took a long time to get through the line and a while inside. Waiting area is too crammed up. Would not come here again. I usually wash my car myself but I decided to go to this car wash close to my house I know they're always busy so I wanted to see the hype. I had an egg on my car from Halloween and they charged me $5 extra for "buff job" I asked why couldn't they just power wash it they said it wouldn't come off like that I said fine. $22 for the wash and my car was still dirty on the outside and left water marks. The most dissapointing thing was the fact that they "buffed out" the egg so hard it left circular scratch marks and tore off my paint. Not only this but they left scratches on my hood and minor scratches on my newly painted bumper. I noticed they don't use microfiber towels and the white restaurant like rags they used left fuzz all over the place. I told them I wanted a refund on the buff job at least because it's ridiculous that they didn't think to take extra care for my car if it had an egg and I paid for the removal correctly. For this to be there everyday job it didn't look like they knew what they were doing, and over 10 people touch your car as it passes through. I did get a refund of $5 but once I seen all the other scratches and dirtiness I wanted a full refund back. Obviously $22 wouldn't fix the paint job on my car but it's the least they could do. Customer service was rude. I had one person telling me the chipped pint was from the egg and I know it wasn't because I have before and after photos. Another person in charge told me that's how I brought the car in that I did it myself which made me extremely mad because even though there is minor damage on my car, I know how I bought it and what damage I did to it on my own. As I said before I wash my car regular and would've noticed these marks before. There is no doubt it is the tools they are using and how many hands are touching the car carelessly to get it out of there. I didn't appreciate the accusation of blaming me the owner as I drive this car as my daily and again would have noticed any damages. They need to take accountability for their actions and didn't apologize at all. They told me to leave my name and my number for the owner, I did so and requested he called me the next morning he never called. I will not be going here ever again and telling everyone about my experience to not go there. The only thing that was nice is the inside of my car was cleaned nicely and my mats but that no where consoles me of my experience with the scratches and missing paint on my exterior. I will not be going back! This is the second time that I was up charged! They were busy I will give them that. But they need to take care of every guest. When they told me my car was done I pointed out to them that there was still salt on my front bumper which they cleaned before me leaving. When I got home I noticed the drive side floor had all salt still in there, on the floor and on my door. Along with that they didn't clean down my dash board, radio or my cup holders! My back seat was not even touched, It looked the same!!! Luckily I just got an oil change before going there because they vacuumed my car! Jiffy lube cleaned my car better. There's no signs on the back were you drive in, and apparently I stopped on the wrong side, and I over heard the manager taking to her staff using racial slurs against me in Spanish thinking I don't fucking speak Spanish too. Washing the car is very poor, I paid for a luxury wash which is 40 dollars, and they're supposed to treat your leather, vacuum the inside as well. I still found stains on the leather that can be easily removed, but that's what I paid for! I was in a beach over the weekend, so there was sand in the mats which they did a very poor job cleaning.
