We recently had our entire home rewired and part of that process included 86 bagel sized holes being drilled into our walls, and large portions of our ceiling removed. We called RMA Handyman Service to get a bid for the drywall repair and they were very responsive. Russ came out that week and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They began the repairs the following week and Russ, Josh, and Jonah were incredibly professional. They lad down paper and drop cloths to protect our home from dust and debris. They cleaned up each day and made our home livable, despite to volume of work they were performing each day. The entire house took 3 days and after they were finished you couldn't tell there had ever been a massive rewiring project done. I HIGHLY recommend Russ and his team for drywall and all other services. We will be calling them this summer when it's time to replace our fence. (See before/after photos) read more

Contacted these folks on 5/15 for a punch list of projects we needed done on a new property. It was everything from drywall to weather stripping, building closets to sanding/staining a deck. They responded very quickly letting me know they were 4-6 weeks out and if that worked for me let them know so that we could schedule a meet-up or chat about the list. It worked for me and we scheduled a date in early June to meet up and walk through. They canceled the day before and rescheduled. And then canceled that and rescheduled....and then did that again. We had our front and back decks & stairs power washed/stained & our gutters cleaned by Russ and team. They did great work! Very friendly & reasonably priced! I'm not even sure why this company is in business because They do not return phone calls or text messages. Their voicemail message says you can text them and they will get back to you right away. Fixed my fence but the scheduling process was terrible. Had an appointment for 7-8am, and at 9am I finally sent a text to which Russ told us that he was working on another job and was running late and showed up 2 hours later. He said he felt terrible about it and apologized to my fiancé, but I felt like that left a bad taste in my mouth, because Russ had mentioned before that he would get back to us about his next appointment, and we had to reach out to him again before he got back to us 2 days later. Everything went fine with the fence, except for the fact that they left lots of dirt, rocks, and broken wood chips that I found myself cleaning up. I have a new puppy so having him avoid that area while cleaning it up was a pain. Also, Russ mentioned he likes to do lots of small projects, so my fiancé said he would text him about our master bathroom because it has carpet and Russ mentioned putting vinyl flooring. He sent the text to Russ same day, and has heard nothing back. That was on 7/19 Thursday. It is now Tuesday 7/24 and we have heard nothing. I felt that this business disrespected my time and that is something I just cannot get over. I also did not appreciate not cleaning up after themselves. I heartily recommend Russ for his handyman services. He is decent, honest, and easy to work with. We've used him for various projects around our hundred-plus-year-old home, and he's provided us with excellent referrals for bigger jobs that were beyond the scope of his company. Off the top of my head, I can report that for us he's installed new water valves and hose bibs, put in a new faucet, set up fall guards in upstairs windows, patched up a hole in the wall left by some plumbing work we had done, and caulked our bathroom. In addition to that, he provided excellent recommendations to a screen company and a concrete company for other work our property needed. Russ is great. Always on time, always does a great job. I am a realtor and property manager and have worked with him on several projects/referred him to clients. He was working at a house I am listing this past week - he patched some drywall flawlessly and then painted... the paint he had matched wasn't a perfect match (not his fault, matching paint is near impossible). He told my client that he would be back later in the week to paint the entire wall because he wasn't ok with it not matching (client didn't care). His work ethic is great. We have been working with Russ and his company for a couple years now and they always get the job done efficiently, quickly, and beautifully. What's even better he and his crew are so nice and enjoyable to speak with. He put up a new fence (gorgeous!), fixed the neighbor's shared fence, cleaned our gutters, installed new blinds throughout the house and even rectified the blinds that were the wrong size to get them up the same day! If they say they are coming they do and they have never left us hanging. They were even good enough to check our freezer when it starting doing weird things, which would have cost us hundreds, but they helped solve it without any charge. Once you are part of their client base thank your lucky stars. Now we refer all work their way. It's nice to call someone who's professional, yet feels like a friend or family member that you can trust in your home and around your family! My best friend's dad is a retired contractor and watched him put up our fence and he was overwhelmingly impressed at the speed of the work and how well done it was (and he doesn't normally compliment people that way!)
