I called him on Saturday to tell him that the AC stops running after being turned on. He said it's not covered under warranty. I said, "How can you know that without coming to check?" He said he could come on Tuesday. But he didn't show up on Tuesday. I called over 10 times--no answer. In 90°F heat, I had to hire another company Cool Today and paid $650 for the repair. Airborne refused to reimburse me, claiming the invoice wasn't credible. They completely ignored their warranty. Avoid this company -- terrible service and no accountability . Airborne tech service claimed that the invoice of Cool Today is fake. In fact, everything would have been clear if you had simply called Cool Today, phone #4076930479 . The invoice # 201-2702525. The date is 06-26-2025. The address is 5560 Metrowest Blvd Orlando . If you really need AC service and want to know Airborne Tech please call Cool Today tell them the invoice # .You'll know the truth. I've asked the BBB to investigate, and I trust they will determine whether the invoice is legitimate.
