We have had several service visits, including one to our new house right after we moved. I believe the technician Javier has come to every one of the visits, and he is extremely professional and really goes above and beyond. There was an issue right after we moved in (because I installed the thermostat - badly) and even though I believe it was slightly out of the scope of his job, Javier took the time to help me fix my mistakes.
