This auto body shop is just awesome!! I accidentally bumped my husband's car into the cart pole and had a bad scrape. They took the car into immediately and repaired it perfectly by the next day. I'm so happy and grateful for the professionalism and being a nice guy too.. The cost was fair enough and they were able to fix it right away.

My vehicle was involved in a minor accident where I had damage along the passenger side to my vehicle. I called my friend who used to run a bigger auto body shop but scaled down to do minor dent and paint repair business where he doesn't have the facility to fix my damages. He referred me to see Rob at R.N. Autobody. He is the owner and does hands on work to all his repairs. So he ensure quality and pride in his work. The end result was no doubt, the color blend matched all around and the repair was flawless. You couldn't tell I had body work done to my vehicle, it was that good. Dropped off on Monday and pick up was on Friday (5 days). As for value, well it was through my insurance. I'm glad that my insurance company accepted his repair quote and allow me to have my vehicle fixed by Rob. Crossing my fingers that I don't have another damaged vehicle, but if I do, I would go back to R.N. Autobody. I usually don't give lengthy reviews but after seeing the repairs made to my vehicle, I had to. I'm still marveled by the work done by Rob.

I along with several other cars was a victim of mass car keying in the Hale Koa outdoor parking garage. Some as*hole decided to go around cars and circle them with their key. Bummer deal. Anyway, with the help of my insurance, I set up an appointment with Rob over at RN Auto. He was pretty straight forward and understanding of the situation. I can't see the process was hard at all. Dropped my car off, insurance provider sent him the check and when I came to pick the car up, couldn't even tell there was any damage to begin with. On top of that, when I picked the car up it looked like it had been washed and cleaned as well. The insurance estimate came in a little lower than Rob's so I was told by the carrier that I would have to cover the overage out-of-pocket, or I could get another estimate at another body shop but at this point, I just wanted it done. I had been waiting for things to reopen due to the pandemic so I wasn't able to address this for several months. But Rob was so cool, he waived the overage. He was pretty sympathetic to the fact that I had waited so long to fix. Also, there was a slight delay for the shields to come in so it was all good. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate coming back (hopefully I will never have to) or recommending them to anyone.

You can't tell the door was smashed in. Great blending!

Rob worked on my car right away, did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Can't even tell I ran into that pillar.

This review is being posted PRIOR to the work being completed on my vehicle…read more Im leaving the review with the disclaimer, that it may change. Only reason that im leaving it early is because so far, ive gotten amazing service. I am leaving a review for Mazda as well. My car is currently being worked on by SH Fender in Kaka'ako. I drive a Mazda SUV, newer model. I noticed the the roof had some bubbling happening. If you know anything about paint, you know that bubbling can only mean that you'll be in a world of debt if you let it keep going. Now, being that my car is newer, I was shocked to see the paint and roof already starting to rust. I dont take my car to the beach. I dont park at construction sites. I dont throw bird poop at it. Luckily for me, this job is being covered by the paint warranty offered by Mazda. Go me! Anyway, I dropped my car off at Mazda and it was quick to head over to SH. SH was also quick to start it -- I know this because on the same day, I got a call requesting for the key to remove my roof racks (that I stupidly forgot to hand over). That being said, after doing some research, I was super happy that SH was responsible for my car since they have excellent reviews and a friend of mine has used them before. If I could have repainted the roof black, I would have, hahaha, but I assume they'll do an amazing job on the polymetal grey. P.S. SH guys, if you want to get that scratch off my front bumper, feel free to do so HAHAHA.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience…read more Our 2011 Toyota RAV4 has been at Encore Collision since October 2025 for repairs. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.

We needed to get that fixed along with the bumper. We took it to Encore and they quoted us $3700. A few days later they called and said that it would be another $400 for a part. Two days later they said that it would be another $200. When we finally went to pick up the car we saw that the bumper was fixed. They also fixed some other things in the front, since it was pushed back. When I inquired about the fix for the anti-freeze the guy had no idea what I was talking about. We had a new bottle of anti-freeze in the trunk and they put it in the car for us. It didn't leak out, which was a good sign. We drove it to Costco a block down and saw that all the anti-freeze was leaking out. We called the guy and dropped the car off again. He called the next day and said it would cost $800 to fix the anti-freeze leak. A day later he called and said it would be another $400 to fix the inverter. All in all, the hubby paid around $6000 for something they quoted as $3700. That plus the fact that they had our car for over three weeks. When we finally picked up the car they did give us a complimentary car wash, which we appreciated. We've had the car back for four days now and thankfully it's running smoothly.

I was off island until that evening. They were closed 7 June and I picked it up 8 June. The repainted color I am satisfied with but the detail work was mediocre at best. There is a ton of overspray on the rubber around the windows and rear view mirrors. Additionally, there are already a few chips in the paint in a few spots which will be a problem in the near future. This has been months of frustration. I am now just over it and will not return to this establishment again for paint work. I will say that the manager was apologetic about the delays due to staffing issues but honestly due to the way this was handled initially, I should have been a top priority and more detail and attention should have been given to my vehicle. In the manager's defense, he did take matters into his hands and conducted a majority of the work himself and I am appreciative of that. I have spent the last 2 hours attempting to clean up the overspray and it will take me several more to get it all removed. Overall , I wish this would have been handled better but you live and you learn. Again, I am satisfied with the color but not the delays in service nor the level of attention to detail. I paid a pretty penny for my vehicle and the paint job was not cheap. The expectations were high but not met. This is my honest assessment and I have no hard feelings towards the establishment nor the folks I have dealt with during this process. Mahalo!

I had a paint job for my Versa, and the shop removed the letters and car insignia on the trunk door…read moreof the station wagon. They replaced the large insignia, but they said that I would have to put back the small letters myself. Also while cleaning the car for an inspection, in addition to finding the small letters for the trunk door, I found water in my wheel well for the spare tire in the trunk. I told them that they forgot to reattach the other end of a plastic tube that ran rain water in the trunk door top right corner. They said that they don't detach that. But they had detached the rubber foam seal on trunk door when they painted the car. The seal is in the same area of the door as the plastic tube. If I had known ahead of time about the small letters, I might not have gotten the work done there. Usually shops will replace whatever they took off the car, and not leave everything inside the car for the owner to put back. To be fair, they did put back some of the stuff I found in the car after I picked up the car- like the car insignia, the rubber foam seal on the trunk door.
