They replaced the spark plugs, but during that process they damaged the valve covers. About 10 months later, the damage led to an oil leak. I had my trusted mechanic downstate look at it, and he told me the valve covers had clearly been damaged during that original service and recommended I request a refund. April 2026: I returned to the shop and showed the owner, Diana, the faulty parts. At that time, she acknowledged the issue and said she believed we deserved some money back for the mistake. May 2026: When we followed up, we spoke with Pat (the owner), and the conversation went completely differently. Pat immediately became confrontational and started yelling, saying he "don't give refund checks." Instead, he expected us to drive the truck 250 miles--while it's leaking oil--so he could fix the problem he created himself. The attitude and lack of professionalism were honestly shocking. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the poor workmanship and the way we were treated afterward, I would not recommend this shop.

Even though they didn't have the part in stock (supply chain issues - not on them) I was still able to get the vehicle back well under the original 2-week estimate for getting it into the shop. Called to have leaking slide out repaired, they showed up put on some patches and told me you may…read moreneed to replace your sweeper molding, it's not hard to do if I had one I would put it on for you, not so after talking with the camper company who built it the slide out has to be removed entirely for correct seal replacement, Sherm could have never fixed this in the field, I guess after 45 minutes of intense labor they give it the water hose test, no leak ? Great ! The Next time it rained it leaked again so I pretty much through $300 + out the window and now have to take it to someone who can repair it correctly , What a waste of my money , I'm not impressed I feel I was cheated and miss I'm lead I won't call them again or recommend them.

We bought from this vendor in September. We did get a list of items that they owed us. After they…read moregave us a fictional date of 9/26 which came and went we are still trying to get them to honor the "we owe" items. The fridge door in the trailer we bought from them is broken. They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned.
