THEY STOLE FROM US AND DAMAGED OUR PROPERTY OUT OF SPITE, AND WE ARE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS If I could give 0 stars I would. This shop destroyed one of my husband's wheels when I went back and asked them to fix a mistake they made. The tires I brought in had 2 different sidewall tread patterns, so when I dropped off the truck I asked that the aggressive tread face outward. They only did this on the front tires and not the back. When I brought it back to be fixed, they destroyed a wheel and stole my lug nut socket. I am positive that they did this on purpose because the wheels and lug nut socket were in tact when I got it back the first time. I should have known they would retaliate by the way Chris the shop manager treated me from the moment I came back in with the truck. I am out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace this wheel and my lug nut socket, not to mention the time and cost to have it redone by someone more competent. It is also worth noting that when I came to pick up my truck the first time, it had been sitting in front with the windows down and key on the center console for 2 hours. As you can see if this time stamps my experience. 5:45 I needed a simple patch because I noticed a nail in tire. My normal tire shop had just closed so I stopped because the open sign was on and it says closed at 6. I asked if they could knock out real quick but bald guy in office sent everyone home already. I found a place I will never have anything good to say. they were like last place open. Close earlier if you can't handle the last customers still looking. Close early with everyone else. No wonder why Les Schwab has been around and known for service and they say open later probably because they can fulfill the need read more

New business and was looking for wearherpeak type tires for a Toyota car. Found the Nexen tires that were what I was looking for. The web site won't let you price tires or services. They want you to text them or call them. So whatever. I texted to get prices. No response. Next day, I went in to get prices and had a young man push Firestone tire at me. But they didn't have them till the next day. Then they kept pushing their credit card on me. I was gonna pay in full as I don't like a bunch of installment loans. Then when I asked about flat repair, rotate and balance, road hazard, he said they don't do that. They can for an extra $40 for 6 months. These services are offered for free just about EVERYWHERE else. And they priced it out for $1040 but it includes a 1 time alignment as well. REALLY?! I got pricing at that point for similar tires and alignment but they include flat repair, rotate and balance, road hazard warranty, and the alignment is LIFETIME of the car. This is at another shop. I went in to get an estimate for replacing the rear shocks on my Hyundai Tucson. A young man said he would help me, but wanted me to bring the car in on another day for an inspection, before they would install the shocks. Then he gave me an estimate, but went to talk to another guy who came over and looked at the estimate and pointed at the screen and "Whispered " something in the kids ear and he mumbled something, and I asked if the estimate would be higher than the price I could see on the screen and he said yes.... This is a response to the owner's comments on my review. I requested a brake repair due to my car shaking when I applied the brakes. They replaced the front brakes but informed me afterward that the rear rotors were warped. A simple phone call to notify me about the warped rear rotors before proceeding with the repairs would have been the proper approach. Instead, they completed the repair and only addressed the issue after the work was done. It was a very unfortunate circumstance considering the sticker shock, and the problem not being resolved in the end. Choose a shop that that troubleshoots the problem and gives you a heads up prior to proceeding with repairs for total transparency. read more

went in for an alignment, had a 1pm appointment said it'd be 40 minutes it took 2 hours after they started it an hour late. my alignment and steering wheel where worse off than I brought it in. When I brought it to their attention the technician was condescending and blamed it on my vehicle. The manager said I'd have to bring it back on a weekday so he had the time to dedicate working on my truck. To me that was a bullshit answer because one I had an appointment, that right there dedicated your time to my vehicle and two if you thought you couldn't fix the alignment on it you shouldn't have even touched it. Safe to say I won't be going back and hopefully they figure out how to give better customer service. read more

I had an appointment at 1130 got there at 1120 gave him my Keyes and sat down after a 1hr 20 mins I looked out the window and saw that my truck hadn't moved. I spoke to a mgr and he had no reason for it not to have been touched . Carson city don't bother with this kind of service. I will not be back and I will not recommend RNR . read more

Arrived today at this new shop to have my tires rotated and rebalanced. Also asked to visually inspect shocks. Was told $120..a bit high but we're there so..giter done. They had my cell number. We walked over to Tractor Supply while waiting. Decided to return and see the progress. A technician saw me and had me look at a tire..it was worn down to the steel on one edge. We went inside to discuss tire prices for a full replacement all around. The tire choice was an unknown to me (Ironman). Price wasn't too bad but, well, I like options when it come to spending more than a grand. I told them we would go home and discuss it. I was presented a bill for $120.00. I asked if this could be right...I mean one tire was unserviceable..why would they continue to rotate and balance the tires after seeing that?? Mark, the owner came out and accused me of "Jewing him out of $120.00)!! His words..after some rather heated discussion ( I asked why would they continue) he said the tires were balanced as I asked!! After that he rather impolitly told me to never return to his store..you sir, win..I won't. read more
