All in all I drive very little and between August 2022 and Sept. 2024 I had put 20K miles on my car. 2 of my tires were almost bald!!! When I had asked about warranty of the tires they said I had not come in for the proper tire rotation. I only had them rotated 2 in 2 years. (My fault for not realizing tires need rotation every 5K miles) Well, long story short, I had to replace my tires. There was not an offer of discount, since the tires were only 2 years and only had 20K miles on them. I did not replace my tires here, nor will I go back. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

Following the initial incident there were numerous calls back and forth with Arika arranging the tire delivery and schedule to put it back on my car before I needed to leave to get home. This process could not have been better. What a true treat to be treated in a kind and fair manner. So rare these days. Then when it came time to put the new tire on the Tech noticed very quickly there was a loose bolt on the rocker arm from the impact. Then he also noticed how far off the alignment was off. Thankfully, I was less than a half a block away from the back entrance to Les Schwab and needless to say it was a scary situation cause the bang was so loud I pulled in shaking and told them what happened. They came out and checked it and said it couldn't be saved and unfortunately because it's four-wheel-drive I had to replace all the tires. The good news was it was time for tire change anyhow. They told me they would take care of it right away. I called a friend we went for breakfast so when I came back, it was done. The price was so reasonable and they guarantee all of their tires and work. I buy all of my tires there, and during the winter tires have a tendency to go up and down based on the hot and cold. I just pull up to the open bay they come out check my air and off I go. They have all kinds of specials during the year where they'll rotate your tires for free and everyone in their customer service office and all of the mechanics are so kind and nice. I can tell you when I went in that day. I was very stressed out, my husband had passed away four months before and my nerves were shot, they were so kind. I highly recommend them for any kind of work like that, they really do take care of their customers.

COSTCO TIRE HAS FREE SELF-SERVE AIR HOSES FOR PRESSURE CHECKS. You used to have to pull up to one of the garage bays and have a tech fill your tires for you. THis took away the tech's time from tire duties. THe two service spots for tire air are just to the left of the far left garage. Look for the bright green hoses. You just set the pressure you want and press the hose head to the tire valve and it beeps and stops at the pressure you entered. It worked well and was easy. So, if you need air in your tires, this is the place to go. You're supposed to be a Costco member to use it. Winter is here and you need more air cause of the cold.

Appointment was for 1:00pm and I dropped off the key to them at 12:45pm. I was told it would be one hour to one hour and 15 minutes past appointment time, which means 2:15pm at the latest. My wife and I kill time and check back with them at about 2:10pm. Was then told that my car was never even pulled in. Guy said apologized, said they'd get right on it, and it would be about 30 minutes. An hour and a half AFTER THAT, I was finally given my keys. It took them nearly three hours past my appointment time to do this. I understand things happen, but c'mon. After reading reviews about how equally frustrating the ongoing tire services are here, I'm fully expecting the worst.
