From the very start, Oscar communicated in a very timely manner, had an easy-to-understand contract, responded to all of my questions, and showed up when he said he would. He and his son did all of the work, so I didn't have to worry about who would be doing the various aspects of my project. He was extremely respectful of my home, covering all surfaces he would be using (the hallway and up and down the stairs), and then uncovering them and cleaning up before he left. He repeated this process each and every day. They also worked with the bathroom door closed as much as they could, which minimized the dust factor. The project was completed in the time frame he gave me, and there were absolutely no issues. It was the easiest home project I have ever done. He did a great job, and I have already recommended him to others.

But the only difficulty I would say was communicating with his team, if Frank wasn't present, because of my broken Spanish. But Frank was able to resolve any issues and concerns that we had. Instead, I was asked to pay nearly $3,000 more--before anything had even begun. I canceled the contract per its own terms and requested a refund. Since then, I've sent multiple emails, certified letters, and even a legal complaint draft. No response. No refund. Nothing. I see from at least one other post from March 2025 that I'm not alone-- Mike W. on Yelp described almost the exact same experience. Same timeline, same silence, same result. This is no longer just my story--it's a pattern. I've tried every private channel to resolve this. Posting here is a last resort. I'm still open to resolving this professionally, and I'll gladly update this review if that happens. But for now, I want other homeowners to know what I experienced.

They charged me for a backsplash that they never included in the cost. My kitchen is not finished. Estimates were in march, they started in May. It is now July and the last worker was prob 3 weeks ago. They are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
