My car got rear ended at Ontario 10 Eastbound lane. I brought it to Seidner's Collision Center at Loma Linda. From the beginning, Janeth and Kim have been working and always get in touch with me about the progression of the car. The car is repaired back to great condition. Upon receiving the car back, all is washed and cleaned inside / out. The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. All in all, Seidner's Collision Ctr did a great job with the car and takes care of its customers well. I am glad it has its business here in the city of Loma Linda. Horrible customer service during an already stressful time. Dealing with an accident is stressful enough, but this shop made it worse with zero communication and terrible management. Last week, I was given conflicting information about when I'd receive a damage estimate, forcing me to waste a trip down there. When I expressed my frustration about the lack of clear expectations, the shop manager, Roman, completely lacked empathy. Instead of trying to fix their own miscommunication, he actually suggested I take my business to another facility. I went in for a price estimate with my wife for headlight cover and fog vent damage. The guy that assessed the damage was a manager. He examined other parts of the car that we didn't asked to be evaluated. He said this was due to the store's own lifetime warranty coverage which is not normal policy for a majority of body shops. He also continuously tugged on the bumper and claimed it was jeopardized when it had NO prior issues. Wtf was he trying to do, break it? I'd sue this shop if something happened. For reference, the entire quote was for $2,500 and would take 6-7 business days. The other shop I ended up going to nearby was $500 (1/5 of the price) with expedited service including ordering the parts with the actual labor only taking 3 hours. They can claim that they're focused on quality, but this is very slow and incredibly overpriced compared to most body shops. Most mechanics in the Bay Area can do it for a fraction of the price where the cost of living is much higher and while providing better and faster service. After doing additional research, it's clear their assessment was completely off when talking to other shops. Either they're right or tons of other shops are wrong. Based on their ineptitude, they might be deluded enough to believe in the former. If you want to pay 5 times as much for the same job at ANY OTHER body shop while taking over three times as long, go here. Place is a joke compared to any competent shop. I'd be quoted less going to the dealership. Place is ran by bozos. After being DMed by Gene because he disabled replies and asked me to remove my review, it affirmed why this establishment is truly 1 star. If I can give this garbage place 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid like the plague unless you're stupid or enjoy being ripped off. read more

If you want to get scalped and price gouged I recommend coming here :) I came in for an estimate for them to fix ONE headlight shield and replace the fog vent for that same side for my car. There was some smaller cosmetic issues that we were aware of but didn't want to fix as the bumper was fine outside of that. One of the managers here came to assess my car and stated the small scratches and small dents I had gotten on the fender of my car had to also be fixed as well as replacing the whole bumper (which was replaced 4-5 years ago after a small fender bender) before they could even look at the headlight. The manager said they couldn't confidently replace my headlight shield or fog vent without fixing the ENTIRE fender and replacing the whole bumper which would cost me AT MINIMUM 2500$. Why would I trust someone with my fender if they literally stated they "feel they cannot confidently" replace a fog vent or headlight shield because of some cosmetic issues? They claim their shop has a "lifetime warranty"? On what exactly? The part they fix?? So unless we fix ALL THE DAMAGE (mainly some scrapes and old dents that I have had for years no problem-- my car is over 10 years old) they cannot fix my headlight. Like what sort of blatant predatory behavior and bullying business tactics are that? Either your workers have the skills to do their job or your workers don't actually have the skills to fix something as simple as a headlight cover. Which goes back to the point that the rest of anyones car should not be handled. I have never heard of a body/repair shop having some sort of lifetime warranty on their work -- which implies their work is poor and may have you going in multiple times because they don't actually possess the skills or knowledge to do it right the first time around. We went and got quotes from some other shops within the area and was quoted less than 500$. Also the other shop stated they could do the repair within 3 hours whereas this shop would take 6-7 business days-- also exemplifying their lack of skill clearly as a whole. Do not waste your time or money on this place full of scammers that hide behind a "lifetime warranty" to price gouge you. For reference the manager was a short hispanic man with neatly trimmed facial hair. I unfortunately did not catch his name. But clearly the business needs better training for their managers and employees. read more

This shop is amazing! Last time they painted my new rear view mirror- looks great! This time I brought my Chevy Cruz into Seidners because someone accidently scraped the side of my car. The extremely kind manager, Roman, looked at it & recommended trying to polish it to see if the scrapes would disappear. 25 minutes later - scrapes completely gone! When I asked how much I owed him - " nothing...courtesy for you, a repeat customer!" Wow! What an unexpected delightful surprise. If your car was in a collision, go to Seidners and ask for Roman. Then she proceeded to introduce me to Adrian who took care of me 100%. He took the time to make a well-done assessment and evaluate the damage and give me a quote. They claimed preexisting damage on what was clearly seen as part of the impact from my accident. There is proof there was no damage prior to the accident so Beware of George as he will claim preexisting damage in order to not work on cars. They will come up with any excuse they can come up with to decline your claim and have the insurance decline your claim. read more

Today, I had a great experience at Seidner's Collision Center. The spoiler had broken off of my Honda CRV in a car wash. I had purchased all of the parts from Honda to reattach the spoiler. I probably could have fixed it, but couldn't remove two bolts. I went to Gerber Collision first. I was told that it would cost $175 and he wouldn't be able to do it until Friday (3 days later). My next stop was Seidner's. They had the spoiler on in a matter of minutes. There was no charge, just asked for a Yelp review. My concern was the backlog of repairs and not wanting to be out of pocket for an extended period of time on a rental car while my car sat in a shop waiting to be worked.
