What is most disappointing is that I genuinely believed I was working with a reputable company. Within just a few months, my driveway began showing signs of erosion and deterioration that I would not expect from a newly completed project. Patrick Joseph Cash completed this job with excellent design achieving outstanding results. I am completely satisfied. He exceeded all my expectations and exceeded design specifications. The initial response for the design and the estimate was within 24 hours. Once I signed the contract, construction started the next day. I soon realized that Patrick had different teams of men who were highly skilled and proud to do quality work. Patrick was very prompt and offered great advice on my driveway cement design and the sidewalk pavers project. Patrick provided a Cambridge Armortec paver catalog and guided us through possible design and paver stone selection. We were able to visit the A1 Provision supplier Nuff Brothers Stone ( https://neffbrothersstone.com/) 9119 Industry Drive Manassas Park, Virginia 20111. There we met the owners, had a tour of the yard, and walked on more than ten paver stone patios. Then we met an actual Cambridge Armortec representative who explained the types of stone, color combinations, and stiles. Patrick's design was confirmed. Our paver selections were put on order the same day. Patrick did not require any deposit and payment was only after job completion and final inspection. The cost was fair and there were no surprises. Patrick made sure I received a solid stone base of new stone and sand for the driveway foundation for the 5 inch cement that was to be poured on top. Patrick's teams were all so professional and paid attention to the details in each of their area of work. Each of the teams impressed us. They went above and beyond in each of their specialties. Crew members were respectful, showed up on time, and cleaned up daily after themselves. My driveway and sidewalk looks amazing! Our neighbors are impressed. They showed up with their asphalt machine inoperable and then had to shift the install to premixed asphalt that hasn't held up well over the past three years. They then tried to upsell us on a promotional crack fix and seal which we committed to but they said would not be honored if the appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather, equipment breakdowns, supplier issues, etc. As a customer, we asked that they would honor a deal for matters outside of the customers' control but then they reneged. We found them to be a low quality company with poor sales and customer service.
