I've dined here in-person twice during the COVID-19 era (so granted, not a normal dining experience.) RoadHouse Pizza is... serviceable. It's fine. I've only tried their Hawaiian pizza and, to me, any pizza is okay pizza, but there's definitely nothing special about the food or the place. I've since received a few recommendations for other pizzerias in the area but no locals have mentioned RoadHouse as a standout. I saw the reviews and looked to be safe. I got the pasta it was really good! Now the pizza!!! I got a 1/2 BBQ chicken and the other 1/2 was the special... Friends let me tell you... it's a must try! Pretty cool local spot. The pizzas are similar to lamppost, they're not amazing but they're also not bad. They have beer on tap, which is cheap. Their appetizers taste almost as if they came from Costco, we're deep fried, and served. One pizza, one picture of beer, a sampler platter, will run you about $40. The staff is very friendly, will give suggestions and are also patient. There's a large area in the back of the restaurant with video games and a pool table which has seen better days. A young lady came in for a job interview and when she had walked in the lady working told her she was "expecting her to dress better" and that she was "unattractive" not only that but saying that she was dressed and showing her fat. When I heard that I was so appalled by how unprofessional and disrespectful this lady was. Come to find out this awful lady was the owners wife. I am disgusted by how awful they were to this young lady. She did not deserve to be treated that way nor be spoken to like that as well. The guy who took our order (Hispanic older man, with a mustache) was super rude talking to us like we were kids for asking questions. Humble but mighty, Road House is top drawer for family style/blue collar style pizzas and very consistent. The portions and toppings are very generous and we always find ourselves carrying leftovers home after. You can tell how good a pizza joint is by their dough and crust and they do it very, very well. For the best experience I'd recommend eating there in person because the crust is just 10x better if you get it fresh out of the oven. We usually order the garlic twists as well which are A+. Restaurant seems family owned and the service is always non judgemental and friendly. read more

Wow. Forget my order and can't even admit it. A personal pizza thats about 5 inches in diameter takes an hour. After sitting and watching people get large pizzas way after we get there, we leave and call to check on our pizza. He says it was done. I get back in like 3 minutes to him saying he put it back in the oven, then you get raw dough. Just admit you forgot or messed up. It's fine! An epic find and adventure in Crestline. The lunch special baked pizza bread sandwich is 100% awesome. The price and portions are perfectly balanced. The atmosphere fits the name and yet the food just blew me away. Let me start by saying the pizza is good. It's not amazing, but it's good and it's the only pizza place in town. However, their service is terrible and they literally don't care. They don't care if they get your business or not. They don't care if you leave satisfied or if you never want to come back. They don't care how long you wait. They don't care if you hear their totally inappropriate conversations behind the counter when there are kids present. They don't care that you're waiting in line for 20 min to ask for a to go box and then roll their eyes when you ask for one like you're putting them out.
