My son wanted me to leave this review. He loved the pizza. Great pizza, fun place to go with a big group of people! Service was great.

Well... had my first pizza here in town and it was very lacking of cheese and wayyyy to saucy ( good sauce but a gross amount) so the second time I figured maybe it was just the guy who made it but I figured I'd ask ( and pay) for extra cheese. There was no change still overly gross sloppy w aside and barely cheese was very frustrated. I'll give it a third chance and explain my complaint and we will see. When I walked in, I noticed the pizzas were borderline burnt, over-cooked at best. I asked for mine to be under-cooked. Instead I received a fairly well-done pizza. The service was nice but the front counter appeared overwhelmed. read more

Right of the bat, horrible service. The guy seemed like he hated his life as server. The guy in the back seemed very out of wack, approached with a weird attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came into town with my family visiting, parked out front and walked a little bit away to flag my family down that don't know the area too well. Then the owner comes out screaming at me and saying if I park here and leave he'll have my car towed. I told him I was getting my parents and he treated me like I was lying. Bring my whole family in minutes later and now we have to deal with this dude being a smart ass. My mom orders 2 pizza's, buffalo wings, some drinks. The order comes out to $47 but then this guy "accidentally" charges my mom $470. The owner then starts popping off with more attitude saying "I don't want your $470 over two pizza's". My mom lets it go but you can tell she's upset. Then the owner yells from behind the register "I can see that look in your eye sweetheart there's no need for that!" At this point I'm just confused this guy messed up and just keeps bringing it up? We ate our food and then left. Should have just got a frozen pizza from the market. But let me warn you this place is not it. Besides this dude over charging my mom an extra $400. Lots of old junk laying around, dirty, spiderwebs, and just completely empty. Was extremely disappointed but hey just warning y'all if you want pizza drive up to Lake Arrowhead it's worth the extra 15 minutes. read more

Tried out the large veggie suprime pizza last night, split between two people. It was perfect! The ingredients were high quality and the dough used was perfect. I didn't feel heavy and bloated after eating this like I do with chain pizza places. I did takeout but the place inside looked like a fun out of the way hangout for a low key casual dinner with soda or beer! Definitely will be trying out more stuff from this place. This place has good food yet the people here have been EXTERMELY Rude my mother got a pizza and it was cold after politely asking if it could be warmed up. Or at the very least given it to her when it was ready. She sat there for 20 minutes after this pizza was cooked mine you. She asked if it was her pizza under the name bob. and they said no it was for DOB not BOB. She explained how it could be a typo of sorts and they told her that if she had a porblem with they way they run things Then she should leave and never come back. and when they realized the issue she complained about how cold it was because of how they messed up. And the reply they gave to my mother was "If you don't like it you can sit and spin lady". me and my family have gone to this place for a while yet recently the service is poor! I am enraged at the way my mother was treated, This made her very upset because she just wanted a alright pizza from her favorite place. New pizza place in town! When you walk in it's like a trip to the past, Orange booths and wood walls like a 60's diner. The Food was delicious. The pizzas were cooked great and not underdone like a lot of places. The garlic bread was amazing, it was almost like a pretzel bread stuffed with cheese and cooked to perfection. The salad was just ok....nothing to brag about. The large was not that big. It had a lot of onion, bell peppers and tomatoes but shy on the lettuce. It could use some cheese as well. I am very excited to have a pizza place deliver to running springs! As of right now they said they might deliver during the day time on weekdays up here but not at nights or on the weekends....I hope they change that because nothing gets delivered to running springs so changing that would be amazing. This has horrible customer service!! The man that claimed he was a manager honestly did not know what he was doing and lied on what I was requesting as for a personalized pizza. His crew was all over the place no one was really doing their job and service was horrible. I called and made a complaint as he got my order wrong and he argued with me on the phone and later stated he would make it up to me. Which of course I would not go back at all. Disgrace and poorly Operated needs better customer service and professionalism. I'm a very disappointed customer. They don't deserve stars at all. Hope they get better management in. read more

Back in the day when it was round table my family would always order their cheesy bread which is the best cheesy bread I have ever had from ANYWHERE. When they changed to Roadhouse, I was so sad thinking that the bread was gone. But oh my God was I so happy to find out that the cheesy bread still exists. My family and I will literally order about three boxes and just eat that in place of pizza. Plus their ranch is SO FREAKING AMAZING. Just moved to Crestline and needed to scope out the local food spots. I felt like pizza and so I had to try this place out. It exceeded my expectations. Tastes very similar to Round Table, which is a huge compliment. Good cheese, good sauce, good pepperoni. Good Monday special too with a $10.99 large one-topping. Has an attitude. Pizza was undercooked. Hot onion strips burnt and not edible. Battered green beans were slightly burnt but also very bad. No Pepper flaked packets included. Large salad only comes with one little dressing enough for half of it. Only has Italian and blue cheese. Will not visit again. read more

I'll be honest, Crestline's food scene is not very good but this place is great and always delivers. The food quality is very consistent with great flavor and good value. If you like good pizza you'll like this place. They also make pasta, salads and the other things you'd expect from a pizza place and they do them well. I love the garlic cheese knots, those with their ranch dressing are super bomb. They have a little sports bar feel and serve beer and wine with good food. Worth a visit if you are in town from out of town... the locals definitely know this spot is good. read more

The only thing good about the place is the food. The customer service tho, so insane. It took maybe like 45 minutes to get our food for 1, and Raymond was yelling at everyone! The coworkers in the back were yelling. It was the most dysfunctional place I have ever been too. Me and my sister tried to get a pitcher of beer for our table but he wouldn't accept my sisters military ID, (which is whatever) but he went on for about 10 minutes talking about how we were trying to trick him and whatever. And then when the pizzas came out it was all wrong. We ordered and XL pizza with half pepperoni and half veggie, and a veggie pasta with marinara sauce. And instead we got nothing of the sort but we figured they just messed up tAking our order so we ate the food cuz we were starving, and then he came back saying how I lied to him and told him my name was Bianca. I was so excited to try this place especially driving almost an hour to eat here only to be disappointed. We ordered a pizza, an appetizer, and soda which cost about $30. The food was alright, I wouldn't pay $30 for it. The service wasn't great either, the woman who took our order was nice but the older lady who brought out our food just came and put the pizza on the table because she was talking to another customer who was clearly her friends. The Roadhouse pizza is delicious. The ingredients are fresh. They do not overload the pizza in cheese which I appreciate. If you like a lot of cheese you may have to request more. This seems to be a local hang out as it was bumping this evening- a Saturday night. I always look forward to getting their pizza when I travel up to Crestline. I'll start with the good. Pizza, breadsticks, and wings were on point. Food was 5 stars. Now the bad.... when we ordered the woman taking our order seemed genuinely annoyed and bothered that we were there spending money and eating their food. She kept cutting us off with a "is that all?" and kept sighing when we ordered more food. It was so offputting and bizzare. Really rude. The place is dirty. We only had a choice of one table to sit on even though most were open but just weren't bussed. We thought "ok maybe they are busy" but we were there for an hour and 4 tables sat with food and drinks piled up and no one decided to clean them up even after they were already over there bringing us our food.... It was gross. If it wasn't for the food, I would say RUN. But maybe just order delivery or takeout? Definitely wasn't a great dine in experience that's for sure. read more

This is our go to pizza place but the past couple times that we have been (Sunday's) things seem to be off. We had stopped ordering delivery because it was easier to pick up, took less time, and we received less attitude. I liked ordering on Sunday's because that's my personal "Saturday" so to speak. However the service on Sunday's is nothing compared to Thursday-Saturday. Our pizza was incomplete and missing a single ingredient, no biggie... However, when I tried asking about it politely the woman working the register ignored my question and pretended not to hear me while we paid for our meal. Instead of causing a commotion we took our pizzas and I topped it off with my own ingredients at home. I really like this place and as a member of the community and someone who works in the restaurant industry, I'd like to continue my support to Road House.
