It's always beautiful, clean and well kept. The bikers, joggers and walkers alike are all considerate of one another. The playground is a fun pit stop, there is a swimming pool, rec center, snack shop and a place to rent paddle boats as well. But other than that, the restroom was very clean and tidy. The playground was fun and offered things for kids of all ages to play on. There were slides (including a funky wavy slide), little rock walls, tunnels, swings, things to climb and lots more. The playground surface is wood chips and rubber. There is lots of shade on the playground equipment and in the surrounding areas. Lakepoint Park is situated on Lake Elsinore, and you can see and access the lake right from the park.

This park is a jewel and really has everything; a view of the lake, a huge picturesque meandering path to do laps around, smiling people to greet and no high rise buildings to obstruct the view. The sky is radiant in the early mornings when the sun comes up and everything is glistening. The Canadian geese love this place as a stop over to rest. Afterwards, stop at the community Coffee shop on Main Street for a latte. My only concern are the lids and tabs from beverages which I pick up on my laps. It adds up. There are trash cans throughout. Let's keep our parks pristine.

There are 3 trails, we took the one on the far right. Nice easy walk. We listened for the sounds of the water fall and walked towards it. We ended up at the bottom of the waterfall and worked our way up. Luckily the water was flowing nicely after the rain on Thursday. Sad to see so much graffiti was it was still worth going.

In town visiting my friend in Redlands and we wanted to do some jet skiing for the afternoon. It…read morewas between Lake Perris and Elsinore. We decided on Elsinore based off the reviews for the lake as well as the ability to reserve our jet skis online. Reserving was easy, 5 minutes, got our email confirmation and we were set. Garrett and Albert met us at the entrance/clubhouse and they showed us where to go from there. Met them at the loading dock area, shared some local stories, showed us the dos and do nots and we were off. Jet skis were a blast, no issues, we touched 55 mph a few times. This was my first time driving a jet ski and had no trouble getting the hang of it. SO much fun. The lake was empty before noon on a Monday but got a bit busier and choppier around 1. The views were great, some wildlife, and we will definitely return and would recommend. Five stars!

Only bad thing is they don't allow you to dock the skis anywhere on the lake, except near them. I visited recently for the Water Lantern Festival and the water looked clearer this time around! It's recommended not to swim in this lake, however it's open for boating and fishing excursions. My only complaint about Elm Grove Beach is that there isn't enough lighting. It's pitch black once night comes around which makes it dangerous to walk and drive near the lake. I'm speaking for the residences nearby too. I think we need a couple of street lamps around here! There's grassy areas located on the beach and some limited parking close by. I didn't spot any open restrooms this visit, mainly portable toilets. Overall, there's not a bad view on this beach and it's really enjoyable!
