Of the half a dozen places I received quotes from, Offroad Warehouse was by far the most responsive, the most professional and easiest to work with.  I made them completely reconfigure the estimate several times over and with each change Adam Thomlinson would patiently walk me through the breakdown and answer all the questions I had.  When all the other shops were pushing me off and telling me it could take a year to find parts, Adam was on phone talking to vendors and exhausting every possible resource to find a way to get what I was looking for.   The communication during the installation was excellent.  When unforeseen issues popped up during the build, he would reach out first to explain what was going on and then get my authorization before making any changes or additions. It's been a while since I had a truck and one of the first things I wanted to do is get a bed cover for it. After searching around and doing research, I went to ORW to check out their selection. Honestly the purchase and appointment set up was pretty painless and friendly. On the day I had my appointment, I went in was greeted, checked in and out within a hour. I will say I am happy with the product and install. What really made me do the five star was the interaction with the employees. While waiting, they checked to make sure I was OK and even offered lunch as they had tacos for the team in their break room. I thought it was a nice gesture. I did have to make several trips back to have problems fixed, like an improper alignment, failure to compensate for drivers side lean on a Tacoma which affected alignment. Sway bars was grinding against skid plate bracket after Fox coilover install, drivers side tire rubbed because they failed to adjust for the lean on Tacomas. and more. I guess that made me a problem customer, because spending over $4000 wasn't enough to be treated properly. The worst part is, I went to another popular OffRoad shop in North Las Vegas and when I arrived, I was told someone at this shop told them that I was impossible to make happy. I guess I'm a Karen because I had to go to AArrow to fix my alignment after my lift install, having to call Fox and tech support and cure my Swaybar problem myself made me a problem as well. I guess maybe I was bring to picky because my drivers side tire rubbed due to lean and failure to add a top plate or pre load to compensate. Even after all this I kept going back like an idiot until my Last visit, when James refused to help me, and basically acted like a child, maybe he was upset because I was there to have another problem fixed. They clearly don't know anything about suspension, I inquired a about Icon AAL or the RXT leaf pack and was told they were to stiff, get a block installed. read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I made two purchases using a discount code. The code discounted my entire order on both items. I contacted their internet sales to verify when the items would ship. One item they were shipping right away the other was a 12 week lead time(willing to wait). I decided to buy two other items using the same discount code and agin the code discounted my entire order. I called again to verify shipping( later in the day), so I called again today I spoke with their internet sales guy and he stated that it was limited quantity for that code and he was cancelling my order. I asked him not to do that I would like to speak to his supervisor and not to cancel my order until I spoke to his supervisor. 10 minutes later I get an email that Ajay had cancelled both my items and if I would like to purchase the items using a lesser discount I could and to contact him with any questions, I called three times with no response. Now I paid in full for both invoices and nowhere during check out or on my invoice did it state open box, over stock, or that they would return my money if the items were no longer in stock. I was disappointed in the overall experience. The showroom is impressive, & the sales staff is knowledgeable & friendly, but the service takes ridiculously waaayyyy too long. I had a 9a appt booked a week ahead of time. Showed up @ 9a and my vehicle wasn't done till 5:45p 15 mins prior to close. All I had installed was a leveling kit & it took them the entire day. To top it all off, the wheel alignment is off. :( I'll have to return to have it corrected, but I won't return for more work. read more

Great service! I dealt with Chad the same day I had just picked up my older 4runner from another shop. It was at the competitors shop for a week because of complications with the lift kit. They couldn't get it to level properly. Took a few days for ORW to get the parts in and installed.
