One of the owner's employees named Ceasar replace a radiator job for me! Words cannot adequately express how satisfied I am. No wonder they have such an excellent reputation! First of all, they squeezed me in, both times. Thank you Ceasar! The radiator install was very professional. Then, Andrew's son, Nic, did a alternator and serpentine belt. After the install, I noticed it was blowing warm, cool, and cold air on the way home, so I took it back. Andrew explained, "The old Camry may need to relearn its idle position with the battery being disconnected after installing the alternator, which will make the the air-conditioning turn off at idle if the idle is too low, it will need to be driven for a little bit and it should relearn." On my way home, I felt only cold and cool air blowing. It wasn't blowing warm air any longer. It appears Andrew is right about need to "relearn." I have a new job I want him to do. I spent thousands on redoing my suspension, and only a year+ after having the suspension work done, I'm experiencing the same issue. On a concluding note, I'm very thankful for Trusted Imports. Andrew has been my trustworthy, go to guy, for some time. Recently asked him to check brake condition on my 2022 Honda Pilot. Has 48k on orginal brakes and although they work fine I thought it was time to get pads replaced, as well as turn rotors. After checking the brakes he told me they were fine and not even close to replacing. What mechanic do you know would give you the same advice without finding some work or charging for an inspection? Having a trusty mechanic is worth it's weight in gold and I'm so happy I was recommended Trusted Imports as I had recently moved to Las Vegas. I took my car to Andrew as I thought I needed new brake pads and there was an odd oil service light despite getting a recent oil change. To my surprise , Andrew told me that my brakes were fine and the oil service light just needed to be reset. When I asked Andrew how much I owed him for addressing the issues with my car. First of all, their shop pup Groot is the coolest. I don't like to take chances when I know something is not quite right with the vehicle I drive. I felt there was something amiss while driving and I needed to find a shop quick to confirm my suspicions. We took s quick spin to confirm my suspicion. One of the drivetrain items were amiss, specifically one of the u joints has started to wear out. Obviously if I were home this would be s simple fix, but since I'm so far away from my own shop I will need someone else to do the repair. Andrew was very accommodating, he was able to get the part and do the repair in no time, mind you his shop is very very very busy. This shop only works on Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, Acuras and Scions. So was perfect for my Tacoma. So far from home and to find a shop that specializes in the vehicle I drove is a huge plus. The experience was a most wonderful event, I would highly recommend coming to this shop if you need work done and have one of the select vehicles that was mentioned, but be forewarned that anything that's complicated may need some lead time, this is a real busy shop. read more

Finding a really good mechanic is one of the key things in life that everyone should have. After working for TOYOTA HQ in Torrance for many years, the employees over there were able to recommend a reliable mechanic to service their Toyota's but upon moving here to Las Vegas I knew it was crucial to find the right mechanic for present and future maintenance for my late model Prius. With so many mechanics available to choose from I narrowed my search to Toyota specialists (not very many in town) and came up with Trusted Imports. With so many good reviews and a solid reputation for specializing in Toyota and Lexus, I knew I found the right place. Andrew, the owner really knows his trade. I came in for a check engine light issue which would ultimately effect my up-coming smog check. Upon driving up to the shop, he was able take a look at my car shortly after I brought it in and was able determine that a good cleaning of the "air flow meter" may be the best course of action. After the cleaning the check engine light turned off and I was advised to drive it for a few days before bringing it in for a smog check. Well, it worked!
