To start, we got the Fresh Fried Pork Rinds, which was not something I would have ordered, but I'm glad someone had the cojones to order chicharrones. The pork rinds were served warm, and we got half an order plain and half an order seasoned. They took me back to my childhood, and made me remember my grandfather, who spoke mostly Spanish and would eat chicharrones while watching his novelas.
