The farmers are really nice people, very easygoing and friendly, so I feel comfortable having my curious kids there. There are some pumpkins still growing in a pumpkin patch and there are also some pumpkins in the patch that have already been cut from the vine. My kids love to wander through a real pumpkin patch to search for the perfect pumpkin. But there are also lots of pumpkins on tables from which to choose, medium to large. They also have the tiny white pumpkins and large white pumpkins. I was really impressed by the squashes and gourds. There were kabocha, turban, hubbard and butternut squashes for sale. And there were really nice gourds fresh from the field- they were washing them as we were browsing. We like that there are a few restored, antique tractors for the kids to climb on - these make for good photo opportunities! We also feel like the prices here are very fair - and for really high quality, fresh pumpkins. I highly recommend this pumpkin farm. It's great for families. We will definitely be back again next year.

We each had an alpaca (two llamas) and hiked to to the top of a beautiful mountain with a great view! She led us down and we were completed in 2 hours. She is a kind soul who led the children around the farm and allowed them to hold chickens, pet goats, and observe a 40 pound turkey. She answered every question they had and it was overall, a great experience! She takes a donation for her time and it is well worth it. We plan to come back again in the spring when it is warmer and the view changes with the season.

I was just telling her why i thought Pumpkins were wanted. ​ she ranted at me that I should have called first even though I had already told her multiple times I would take the pumpkin back and I wasn't trying to argue. I'm not sure it's to the point where I'd be concerned since it's literally a farm...lol, but worth mentioning. Christmas was about a month old and had no interest in cuddling so we got to hang with Clark. He was 4 days old and SO friendly and energetic. We got to feed the cows, hang with goats, and see the little barn kitten. All the animals were super friendly and seemed well managed. The farm is fam owned and operated. Their hay rides are pretty popular but the cow cuddling was $20/hr.

I'm sure in spring through fall it's better but December you need to bundle up! Wear boots or old shoes for mud. We will try maybe again in spring and hopefully the smoky smell issue will be resolved because that is inappropriate for the public and a turn off.

From June to October, they sell naturally grown (no chemicals or fertilizers) fruits - strawberries, blueberries, Raspberries, apples, rhubarb, and melons. During the summer, you can buy cut flowers, bouquets, and garden plants or even attend a class or workshop. Some of the flowers they sell are cosmos, zinnias, dahlias, and sunflowers Year-round maple products are their specialty - pure maple syrup made on-site, maple sugar candy, granulated sugar, maple cream, maple jelly, and maple lollipops. Their sugarhouse was built in 2005, and the first bottles of syrup were made in 2006. We visited yesterday, because yesterday was the second Saturday in March, and that meant for the 19th time it was time for their Annual Maple Festival. Admission was free, and let me tell ya, the Sugar House was packed. We saw how pure maple syrup was made, sampled some maple syrup and maple cream, checked out their big selection of maple products, and enjoyed their warm hospitality and some live music. They were selling pancakes, sausages and (of course) fresh maple syrup, and I peeked into their open kitchen and saw a young lady diligently cooking sixteen perfect pancakes on their grill. The Maple Festival is a fantastic look at a New England tradition! Mark your calendars for next year, but feel free to visit anytime and take home a bottle or jug of pure sweet maple goodness.

We bought some honey sticks and popcorn seasoning. On this visit in late June, we wanted to do pick your own blueberries. We were early in the season but there were a few ready to pick. They also have strawberries, sunflowers, and more, throughout the season. They also host a ton events. We enjoyed walking around. There was a playground, maze, and garden. My kids definitely enjoyed the activities. I definitely recommend blueberry picking and can't wait to visit in the fall.
