I don't know what magic they use, but they're incredible, and you must get some. We also got a churro filled with dulce de leche, and it came out nice and hot with lots of cinnamon sugar coating. I didn't love the dulce de leche filling for some reason - maybe I got spoiled by spending time in Argentina - so next time I'll likely go for the regular churro.
