My favorite thing from here was Matzo ball soup! It was so yummy. I honestly didn't love the potatoes I would skip them next time and the blueberry lemonade was okay. The blueberry cheese blintzes was very good as well! The service is always great and it's very clean. Perfect for a post mall shopping trip casual breakfast.

Not fully cooked over easy Terrible bacon Soup grits Advised server, she looked at me in wonder. I should not have tipped her. Definitely not Dadeland location, It's probably different owners. Anyways email me at: 08-wasted.ran@icloud.com With a phone number and I'll call for refund. Thank you

No more brisket steak and eggs

ROASTERS REDEEMED! It was a delight to be back at my favorite steak/egg's place after church. The service was IMPECABLE, the attention left absolutely nothing to be desired. We were welcomed, and honestly treated liked ROYALTY. As someone who worked in the food/service industry for 10yrs my hat is off to you all!! Thank you so much for the experience and for the attention. My steak and eggs were PERFECT!!! I will be back next Sunday!! ***FYI GUESTS IT'S ONLY TAKE OUT AFTER 3pm***

Hot Pastrami on Rye

Had a craving for some matzo ball soup and hot pastrami. I was in the area and stopped by on a Saturday for lunch. It had been at least two years since I last visited. I was seated immediately. The cup of Matzo Ball was good. The fluffiness and consistency of the matzo ball was on point. The broth itself was well seasoned and tasted less salty than last time. A couple of carrots and celery added a nice touch. The chicken in the broth was ok. It was one small piece but it seems to have given it the right touch to balance out the flavor. The toasted bagel chip crisps were an added bonus and quite tasty. The Half Hot Pastrami Sandwich on rye was Ok. The Rye was freshly-- but not super fresh. The pastrami was lean and savory - lukewarm - like I like it. However it was not as buttery and flavorful as I've had in other Delis outside of Miami. All in $22 with tip. Come for the matzo ball soup, skip the pastrami sandwich. At least it satisfied my craving. Bon appetit.

Coming from a Jersey girl, the bagels at Roasters 'N Toasters never disappoint! They're always fresh.

I personally really liked this place. We came after an appointment and in glad we didn't let the reviews keep us from not going in. The server was really nice and helpful. Took the time to explain what certain menu items were the bagels were good. Came out nice and hot and with a good amount of cream cheese on the side. Our food itself was really good. Sorry there's no pics we were starving! But everything was fresh, had great flavor and came out at a good time even though there was a decent amount of people. Would definitely return if we're in the area again.

Deli Eggs Benedict

Good casual place to meet up and grab some breakfast/brunch. The Deli Eggs Benedict was very good and comes with a side of their addictive latkes! Service was great and attentive.

Sub par in food and service. Given it a few chances now as it used to be amazing. Just not the same as it used to be.

The food is not bad but not worth the money. If the sandwiches were cheaper I might have given them 4 stars.

Ask the Community - Roasters 'N Toasters

The menu isn't the same as the first location by dadeland is it?

Yes... As far as I have seen they have unified their menus.... They offer pretty much the same items although my personal favorite is the one off of 128th and US1... Food is great and the staff is awesome!!

Anyone else question why the new location is called the Roasters Falls and NOT SUNILAND? Alittle confusing for people who are familiar with the area. Think they could fix that?

The new Roaster's and Toasters in not in Suniland

So they make their own bagels?

No, Roasters does not make their bagels, although they are good quality and fresh. In the Pinecrest/Coral Gables area, Bagel Emporium, Joanna's Market, and House of Bagels make their own bagels on the premises, and are excellent.

If you love bagels, love quality nova, love a great platter, love those pickles and cole slaw (best…read morein town!), fresh roasted coffee and love great service in a comfy setting, then Roasters N' Toaster is the only deli for you in South Florida. I've been coming to the Roasters original Pinecrest location for 26 years. And for most of those Ivan has been working Sunday mornings! Their bagels are always on point, which I usually request to be scooped and toasted (my technique is cream cheese first, then whitefish salad inside the scoop) and come in all the good flavors, but none of the not a bagel flavors. Their nova comes in multiple grades (regular and Acme(tm)) which is sliced by Florida's top professional "nova slayer" in such a way that it is just better than the best you'll have anywhere else. Their whitefish salad is the most classic and perfectly prepared I have had anywhere. The original Roasters is the only NY Deli in Miami that always lives up to the name.

The only problem was that I didn't have any bread, and I wasn't in the mood for store-bought options. I called a local bakery to see if they had any fresh bread. The gentleman I spoke to told me they make fresh bread daily. He said they had one remaining loaf of ciabatta he had recently made. He said he would hold it for me if I would like and I told him that would be fine. It was about a 10 to 12-minute walk from my hotel to this place. True to his word, the gentleman had my loaf of bread waiting on the counter for me. The gentleman I had spoken to on the phone even offered to slice the bread for me, but I declined since I had some utensils at my hotel. Thanks to their fantastic customer service, I can't wait to come back, even if the bread wasn't the absolute best, which it was. It's the little things that make such a big difference!

Sure, you could do a bit of grocery shopping, but…read morelet's be honest, you're here to hunt down oddball snacks and niche sundries you didn't know you needed. Open since the '70s, these Pinecrest pioneers launched their Central European mini‑market as a side hustle, all while earning their keep as classical musicians. That kind of multitasking deserves a drink. Start smart with a refreshment like Almdudler. The closest American parallel is a love child of Dr. Pepper and Sprite, but that sells it short. This Austrian classic is a bit herbal thanks to elderflower and sage, yet snaps with lemon zest, and happily moonlights as a mixer for beer, wine, vodka, and even cold brew. Honorable mentions go to Apfelschorle (apple juice spritz) and the pride of Salzburg's suds, Stiegl blond lager. Whether you believe the lozenge or the tea came first, Ricola Schweizer Kräutertee, an instant herb tea, will knock a cold flat on its back. In my home, it completes an anti‑illness trinity alongside Advil and Vicks VapoRub. Mainzer's also stocks a tight but thoughtful lineup of German personal‑care creams and cosmetics, because sometimes your sinuses and skin are on red alert. The deli slings cold sandwiches stacked with Schinken (ham) or Gelbwurst, a pork‑and‑veal bologna seasoned with ginger, nutmeg, and white pepper that can be customized with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, or mustard. Hot subs come piled onto rolls with sauerkraut and mustard. The Brat and Weisswurst lead the sales, but the Double-Smoked BLT remains a point of almost defiant pride for the Mainzer clan. I could keep waxing poetic about all the shelf treasures, but this women‑owned piece of Pinecrest history demands boots on the ground. Dive into the unusually deep selection of chocolates and marzipan, debate the finest ketchup for a currywurst, and boldly snack where few South Floridians have snacked before.

Food, service and ambiance is 10/10!…read more My husband and I loveee burgers and we love to go around town tasting good burger spots and we can say this burger spot is legit delicious! It's in our top 3 burger spots, hands down. We came to eat today to try out this place for my first time as he has been here before. As soon as I finished my burger, I told my husband I'm writing a review for this amazing place immediately! We've gone to other burger spots in Miami and I was skeptical of all the hype since other places get hyped as well but has let us down. BURGER - single smash patty (my husband had the double patty), cheese, pickles, and sriracha mayo, we added bacon. Usually I like my burger with all the fixins instead of simple, but I gave it a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did! Delicious is an understatement. The burger tasted like perfection - well seasoned and juicy. We were content and satisfied once we finished the burger. FRIES - perfect, fresh, crispy, hot fries with cheese on the side. Fries were delicious at every bite. Cheese tasted good as well. Other places have greasy fries that have a taste of the oil they use, but this place did not! Fries were PERFECT. SERVICE - Everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had a positive experience and had great service from the cashier on the inside seating area. I love the fact that they served us on REAL plates. It gave us a warm, personalized welcoming feel and almost like if it was home made. This place also sells fresh meat, pasta, sourdough bread and other items. Everything look clean, organized and well kept in cool temperatures. I definitely recommend this place and my husband and I will be back for more!
