I was met with an unexpected response; I was turned away and denied the opportunity to receive quotes as per my request in January. This experience was not in line with the high standard of customer service that I expect from any service company. As a result, I no longer wish to do business with them. I sought insurance services elsewhere. I did not want to wait for the 30-day mark that was explained to me by them, especially considering the difficulty of obtaining homeowners insurance in California. Such experiences can significantly impact a company's reputation and customer retention. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and will contribute to future improvements in your customer service. For me, it's too late, I've moved on.
