For the past 10+ years we have made it our goal to skate in each state! We love to JAM, slow walk, and couple dance skate on Adult Skate Night. Also, I enjoy a shiny smooth hard floor to dance on. Always on any adult night skating in the USA check their website. Many roller rinks allow skaters to buy tickets or sign a risk waiver to skate before arrival. This was the first time for me this rink was in a strip mall. The parking lot was massive. We paid and just like that I was skating the night away. Though it was a slow night. The décor of the rink was out of this world. This is the best place for a GLOW PARTY! The music was current and had a beat! I dance my heart out on that floor. The skate rental for my husband and the adult admission was very reasonably priced for a fun, family friendly afternoon at the ice rink. I had brought my own skates though, and even owning skates I kind of wish I had rented since the quality of the ice is pretty poor. I had asked if they ever Zamboni the rink, as I couldn't tell where the Zamboni would come in, and the ice was very chewed up. I was told yes, so maybe the Zamboni came out right after we left. The facilities are also pretty old, with some maintenance very evidently needed. My main qualm was the quality of the ice. If you're new to skating and want to give it a try, this is a great entry-level place at a good rate.

Huge facility that my daughters and me met up with some friends to Ice skate this past weekend…read more Place was very crowded and was at capacity for covid. So had a tiny wait. Seems like they have two rinks. The price for me, 2 older daughters and a discounted 5 year old daughter to ice skate was just over $30. So solid value. We arrived shortly after 12:30 and unfortunately skating ended at 2pm on a Saturday. Not sure if that's is every Saturday or because they had hockey games or practice about to start. But it was very hard to find open skate times on the websites or in building. So that was unfortunate. My oldest daughter and her friend spent majority of the time deciding what snack to get at the concessions so they didn't really get to skate long. I didn't have much employee interaction didn't really see any. So not sure if they have safety people like roller skating rinks or not. If they do I didn't see a uniform or employee tag. Overall we had fun. Wish we had a little More time though.

Today I attended a birthday party for my nephew at this establishment. When planning the party, the…read morefacility wanted a list of the children's names who were attending. As they entered, their names were marked off a written piece of paper. We were allowed 14 children. As parties turn out, only 5 of those children named showed up. Even though we weren't at the 14 kid (paid for limit) you had to pay for other children that came and names were not on the "list". This was unexpected and not explained at time of booking. When questioned about this, the manager became aggressive, completely rude and unprofessional. I wrote a negative review on his site and he responded in a rude and trashy manner. His business etiquette is terrible. Customer service in nonexistent. Even if the original problem was explained as their policy, it would have been disappointing but exceptable. What I will not tolerate from a paying customer standpoint, is being treated poorly from management. Part of owning a business is dealing with people and talking through differences. The facility itself was run down. The games did not work. The bubblegum machines took your money. The one machine that produced a product, was a bubble with nothing inside. As simple as it is, it was upsetting for a two year old. The lockers took my money twice without working. The pizza was expensive and subpar.

Please understand that they have been difficult to work with for many years...once sending me a letter saying I had to remove a ramp for my 89 year old mother in law with Alzheimer's, although the ramp was her life line to the ambulance service that were frequent visitors at our home! And now, with the ice that has fallen...the money we spend on snow removal appears to be under utilized...considering our neighborhood is one big ice rink!!! Getting in and out is treacherous...but if an ambulance has to get in, it could be dangerous to the point of life threatening...all I ask of this company is be better, do your job and manage our neighborhood...

We were initially attracted to them because of the pricing. Prices are very competitive; in fact, they were the lowest for what we needed (inflatable slides!). With each rental, the inflatable was delivered when expected or earlier. With our first rental, we realized our house could not power it without a power surge. Conveniently, we have a portable generator, which worked perfectly. (Thanks to my late Papaw for owning that! It came in handy!) However, I do believe they have generators you can rent as well, if necessary. When we have rented, it was in the afternoon, so they ended up not picking up the inflatable slide until the next morning. This allowed this overgrown child a bonus playtime in the morning. Woohoo!! I have had friends who have used them and had good experiences as well. Additionally, I have also seen their inflatables at a number of events I have attended, so I'm not the only one who thinks they're good. If you need inflatables, use Tons of Fun! No complaints here.
