I was dropping off an item to be cleaned, and I asked what the price would be (approximately). The lady said she couldn't tell me the price until I picked it up - She said the system won't let her. Huh?! So I have to trust that AFTER you complete a service, you're not gonna charge an obscene amount?! That's not how business works... Prices are up-front. Besides, don't most cleaners give you the option to pay in advance anyway? Ridiculous. I told her that the last time I came, they were able to price it for me beforehand. Eventually, she got really irritated, snatched my garment (a sweater), and huffed away, saying that she'd "just do it right now." I had no idea what she was going to go do - It was so sudden (and rude) that I just stood there while she disappeared behind the wall. After a few minutes, she came back with a price and a confusing, disjointed explanation about why she couldn't do that from the get-go. The other issue I had with her was at pickup... I dropped it off on a Monday - She told me it would be ready Wednesday. I had asked if I could pick it up at 1:30. She said it would be ready at 4:00. I explained that I had an event to go to that evening and really needed to pick it up at 1:30. She ended up telling me she would just put it down as a rush. Fast-forward to Wednesday at approximately 1:25... Much to my good fortune, I was met with the same woman when I arrived to pick up my sweater. She told me that I was late. I looked at her confused, and she said, "Yeah, you were supposed to pick it up Tuesday. Right?" No... I had to replay the entire conversation to her. This lady is going to hurt business, if she isn't already. Furthermore, they had inexplicably folded my sweater over the hanger (the same way you would hang pants) instead of hanging it up the normal way like any other top. This left a very noticeable crease, so I had to take time to iron it at home before I could wear it to my event. Just a poor experience overall. Think I'll try a different cleaners next time.

I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. The customer service was friendly as usual. The prices are decent and my clothes came out looking pristine which I appreciated. I look forward to coming here for my dry cleaning needs.

These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

The quality of cleaning is great and detailed. I had a high priced ($98) dress with bra inserts cleaned and they used safety pins to hold the inserts in place while cleaning. Nice touch. If you know you know why this is a big deal. 3. The price, you get a 10% discount when you pay cash. 4. They do great alterations, too. Shop local and give your cleaning business to local businesses.

Went it to speak to them, and the immediate response was that I must have brought them in that way, and we must have moths in our home. How could you remember me bringing in these exact pants and remember seeing holes in them and not mention anything after saying that you normally call when you see something like this?
