I know this will seem silly, but in a service industry you've got to be able to serve. I attempted to make an order and tried to pay using Samsung Pay. I was informed the new system doesn't allow apple pay. I politely stated "it's Samsung Pay" and gestured to the sign in the door that shows "we accept... several methods including Samsung Pay". A dumbfounded look followed with a second "uh, we don't take apple pay". I then asked if he had ever attempted to. The answer... wait for it... "we don't take apple pay". More times than not people who open their eye and simply patronize my request are BLOWN AWAY when their system accepts my preferred method of payment. If you are looking for a refreshment, look no further. This Jamba has stood the test of time. The staff has always been cordial and accommodating to me. Never have I encountered a rude employee here. Sometimes there can be a rush, but I feel like they've always been pretty quick with getting customer's orders out. The interior has always been clean, and the bathroom have as well. The only "issue" I've ever run into was my drink not being blended well enough (little ice chunks), but that has happened very little. There was another customer in front of us that said she couldn't wear a mask for medical reasons (understandable) but when asked, very politely I might add, to wait outside like everyone else is asked too, she decides she wants to be difficult and argue with everyone! Okay, so my first experience at this Jamba Juice may not have been the greatest. However, do not be discouraged! The professionalism behind the staff was nothing short of amazing. After writing my first yelp review for this location, I didn't expect any kind of reimbursement. Yet, less than 12 hours after my review, I received a personal message via Yelp Messages from the business owner attempting to compensate for errors made the night prior. I just left Jamba Juice as smoothie replacements were arranged in place of the ones that we received yesterday. All I have to say is holy cow... This moist delicacy in my mouth really made my day. I am from LA County but here for the Thanksgiving break, and the last thing they wanted was to spoil this vacation. This is the Go-To jamba juice.
