Great experience Dr. Moghimi did an excellent job on my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy the procedure went well at Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center. He was very caring helpful to me, when I went for the first interview we sit down had a conversation about the procedure. I will go for my results soon, my experience with him was a good one. I would highly recommend him for any procedures you may have regarding an Endoscopy or colonoscopy. If I can give zero Stars I would to this doctor. Bedside manners? Non-existent. Feeling like he cares about your well-being? Try another doctor. If you want to call a doctor with a legitimate concern and have him make you feel like you're annoying him and that you're the last priority on his mind, then this is the guy for you. I'm extremely disappointed at how this doctor handled caring for my 90+ year old grandmother. Rude, impatient, overall unpleasant. He should've chosen another profession, period. Honestly when i first got into my appointment with Moghimi, he truly didn't impress me, he listened to me partially, because he was busy in his phone..Which is unacceptable..Yesterday when i had to undergo endoscopy he just passed by me, not even said hi..Clearly has no manners..But same time he said good morning to another patient..Idk if he's not very happy having an lgbt+ patient..But yeah he's far from being a nice person..I saw several people leaving him 1* ratings..I was referred to him by my previous doctor who also wasn't very nice..In one word, i would NOT recommend such doctor.. read more

Almost two hours of waiting and doctor was not prepared to check all tests prior appointment. Didn't looks good when he need to ask front desk to download results several times!!!! This guy is the worst ever Gas doctor, he tryed treating me for something he never had me tested for. Who dose that? the meds are so expensive and i have insurance. I called his office twice asking if I can get the test NOTHING I still have not heard from him, mine you my insurance company sent me a letter saying they are denying the med's because i have not been tested. Absolutely the worst bed side manner I have ever seen from a Dr. Dr Moghimi took over hour and half to see me. Also was so incredibly rude and dismissive during our entire 3 min conversation. He did no exam, cuts you off mid sentence when you are trying to talk. Showed ZERO empathy or respect to patients. I have no idea how this Dr is still in practice. Such an AWFUL experience. Find another Dr. I would be scared to let this Dr do any procedure on me. Run run run. read more

I was referred to Dr. Moghimi for e doscopy. The office a bit too small but the staff was very friendly. The Dr. Was quite professional and scheduled me promptly. After the procedure I called the office and he gave me my results. Overall, my experience with that office was excellent. read more

I have experienced such a terrible phone Encounter. I called three times...they picked the phone and put you on hold right away. The 3rd time I was transferred to medical records with out me asking. I got to the voicemail machine and it does not even have enough space for you to leave a message. I got tired of calling that I do not know what to do at this point. It was time for my routine screening colonoscopy and while it took a few calls to get it scheduled, my consult and then procedure went smoothly, pun intended. Dr. Moghimi is both professional and personable. I had conscious sedation, so I was aware of what was happening. He explained the procedure beforehand, asked if I had questions, and again when it was over. I will reach out to his office again in 10 years. I highly recommend Dr. Moghimi. read more

I am a 100% disabled veteran and have had to see many doctors over the last 15 years. I have never experienced such a terrible encounter as I have with Dr. Moghimi. He is extremely arrogant, full of himself and has a Napoleon complex. I was referred to him a few years ago and the experience was good. However, this time it was a terrible experience. I went to see him because I had gone on a trip overseas with some friends, whom all started having G.I. problems. They ended up getting mold in their intestines. Whenever they used a toilet, black mold started appearing in the bowl which is what happened to me. When I made my appointment with him and explain the situation and handed him the literature, which was recommended for me to give him. This literature explained that it is a serious problem, and if I am infected with mold and wait too long, it could become irreversible and I could die. When the doctor saw this, he told me he would have someone call me in a couple days to schedule a colonoscopy. He acknowledge this could be serious. After a week when I did not hear from his office, I called the scheduler and she told me she had no information about this being serious, and the soonest they could see me was more than three months out. I explain to her what happened and she said she would get back to me after speaking to the doctor. A couple days later she left a message saying that an appointment came available a month away and she wanted me to call her back to confirm. I called for two weeks and she would not return my phone call so I called my referring Doctor Who contacted their office and they called back that day. However, the scheduler was very rude and short with me. She told me that I would be scheduled for 10 AM and asked if I had any special needs. I informed her that I had severe PTSD and did not deal with needles. Well also, I have severe RSD making me hyper sensitive vet, IVs cause me excruciating pain. Could they please get someone experienced. she told me that would not be a problem. When I got to the hospital, I was told not to eat for a couple days which I did not and I arrived early as was suggested. The doctor was almost 5 hours late, very rude and abrasive. The nurse doing the IV was new and blew my arm as it was swelling up she admitted she was new and had blown my blood vein. My arm was black and blue for weeks. they brought in another nurse and put the IV in the other arm. I did not complain and nobody even apologized. I have had a lot of surgical procedures and normally the doctor comes in to discuss with you what's going on and so does the anesthesiologist. Neither of them did that. when the doctor came in, I wanted to show him a picture of what my toilet looks like after using it because he said he wanted to see what kind of mold he was looking for. He was very rude with me and short and told me I don't do that. I'm only here for the surgery and you need to make an appointment in my office if you wanna talk to me about anything. I couldn't believe what a terrible bedside manner she had. He told me that he would call me in a couple days and give me the results of the biopsies. After a week went by I called his office every day for two weeks to get the results, and they refused to give it to me. I have never had a doctor refuse to give results for a test they did on me. I asked my primary care to get the records and go over it with me and I canceled all my future appointments with him. I found out he did not even test for mold as he said he was going to. Please save yourself a lot of grief and never see this doctor. He does not care about the patient at all. He only cares about making money. He's very rude and has a king baby syndrome as well as Napoleon syndrome. There are much better G.I. doctors out there than this awful man. read more

Best gastroenterologist you could find, has a dry sense of humor but that aside he definitely gets to the bottom of things. I appreciate him getting me to the right doctor at the right time and coming to my aid at my latest crisis. He's just the best there's no greater compliment I can give him than that. Don't think twice about choosing him and his competent staff. read more

dr moghimi has the wrst bedside manner i have ever seen in my life from a dr. he does not care one bit aboutyour problems. he will spend 1 minute in the office with you and it will be rude and not helpful and leave you feeling just as worried as when you came in. staff is rude too. this place needs to be shut down and doctors and staff fired. read more

this morning i received a reminder call for my 2:10 appointment. i thanked the girl and i said i would be there a little early. she said fine. i arrived at 1:50, 20 min before my appt. and was told they were closed and i could not enter the office before 2pm and that i should go back downstairs to the building lobby and find a place to wait. i asked if i could sit and wait in one of their office lobby chairs, visible thru the door, and was denied. huh? great patient service. this doc might be the greatest but demonstrably hasnt a clue on what to look for or instill in staff. insufferable. read more
