We've been coming here over a year now. I'm very grateful to have found this office. I have two young boy's and bring them in at the same time. The entire office has been very accommodating. One of my son's gets very anxious when going to the dentist because of a couple of prior bad experiences in other offices, left him a bit traumatized. Dr. Lee was very understanding and patient. Makes me feel good as a parent, knowing the office is just as concerned about the comfort of the patients, as I would be over my children. The kids get to wear glasses while services are being done and the tv's are on for a distraction. I love that that staff also engages in conversation with the kids too. Dr Lee is fantastic with my 4 year old girl and 1 1/2 year old girl. The place has many things like televisions and colorful decor to help ease my girls. Been coming here for a few years now with my youngest son. Dr Lee and his staff are always nice and friendly with my son. Dr Lee is always very clear with what's going on with the patient and always wants to know if there are any questions we have. Never any complaints from me or my son. Been to other dentist office and nobody beats how Dr Lee and his staff treat the kids. You can't beat watching a movie when you're getting your teeth cleaned. The train set is pretty cool too, I think that's why I like coming to the appointments with my son. So now you have to call in upon your arrival to check in and they will let you know when you can come in. Once you get the call to come in walk in and squirt some hand sanitizer on. Don't forget to wear your face covering. You'll also get your temperature taken too. After this you will check in at the window as usual. Basically it's the same visit just with the new covid guidelines. See you in six months, hopefully with no cavities. read more

This review is long overdue. Dr. Lee and his staff are caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. I met Dr. Lee back in 2015 when I needed a second opinion for my then 3 1/2 year old son who needed work on a few cavities. Dr. Lee was thorough and explained everything step by step. The best part was he evaluated my son and he didn't need general anesthesia (unlike my other dentist). He recommended laughing gas which was a better option. My son needed two sessions of dental work. First time, I selected the laughing gas but the second time I didn't. Dr. Lee was not pushing during the second session however, he did explained that without it the experience will not be as pleasant for my son. Even though Dr. Lee and his team were quick and attending to his needs, I was able to witness my son was getting a little antsy toward the end. Dr. Lee was totally right! His prices are reasonable. They will give you a breakdown of copayments and fees up front. He does not accept HMO plans anymore. We have been on time and easy booking or rescheduling appointments. Dr. Lee and his staff work so swiftly and efficiently that my four kids are in and out within 30 minutes. I am impressed with his handheld X-ray guns and the quality work from his staff. One of the hygienists removed some stains from my daughter's teeth that our other dentists didn't when we were living in Northern California. O Dr. Lee is always informative about what he sees and what to monitor. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Lee and his team. read more

I found this office through yelp and I am quite sadden by our experience. The office is definitely kid friendly and adorable but for my son's first dental visit, he was either in a bad mood or he was scared of this new experience. The dentist tried to explain things to my son and bribe him with showing him toys but my son wasn't having it. He is straight forward about whether or not as a parent I was just willing to get through the whole ordeal by holding my son down in which case I did or just rescheduling. I felt terrible for my son but also bummed he couldn't get through it without my assistance. On a different token, for an early childhood educator, I am also more sensitive to different children's reactions to big events such as a dental visit and I am not so sure my son really felt comfortable with the vibe here. His dental assistant was super sweet but the two office assistant that helped, one of which was billing was okay at best. On multiple occasions, she advised me to switch to a PPO insurance over the HMO that we have. I'd gladly switch over if we had the money to do so but talk about making me feel bad. I asked if a post reminder card gets sent out for 6 mos appt, "only if you have PPO" she said because "they don't know if we HMO folks will return." Talk about feeling discriminated. There was some issues with paperwork and I did my part in getting what was needed for the office but on my way out, yet another reminder to consider switching to PPO during open enrollment... I thought about whether or not I'd want to return to give a 2nd chance but probably not anymore. I don't think I can shake the fact that I was discriminated for having HMO coverage read more

We have been going to Dr. Lee for several years for both our boys, almost 6 y/o and 9 y/o. Verified: since my oldest was 2 y/o! The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient. They care about the kids and help ease any nervousness. They never complain, eye roll, or sigh...even when my kids used to throw up after every exam from being in the lowered chair. No joke. My kids apparently have some nausea sensitivity with the lowered patient chair combined with nerves. Dr. Lee is patient and thorough. He always checks to see if we have any questions. He's also very calm and collected. Pre COVID, kids could play video games in the waiting room. On the real, if my kids wrote this review, they might say this is the best thing about Dr. Lee's office. The staff would also give each kid a token to get a little toy from those old school crank vending machines. What are those called? COVID procedures mean we call from the car upon arrival. We stay in the car until the office is ready to bring us in. Hand sanitizer right when you walk in the front door. Everyone wears masks. Dr. Lee and team working on the kids wear plastic face shields. This is good! I appreciate this. Here's the bottom line: my kids aren't ever anxious about their dentist appts with Dr. Lee. I took my 2 1/2 year old daughter here on a recommendation from another dentist office. It was her first dentist appointment. From start to finish this was the best dentist office I have ever been to. I wish they took adults! When we walked in there was a sign welcoming my daughter by name. She was entertained by the movie am that was playing as well as the train going around the office. We were seated in a room on time. The staff was interacting with my daughter and making her laugh. They gave her some sunglasses to wear and she lied back. Dr Lee was talking to her and gentle throughout the check up and cleaning. He also answered all my questions. Child (9yrs old) - I loved it. Even though I felt some things I didnt say anything because I was comfortable. You're a great dentist. Parent - Dr Lee has WONDERFUL tactics/skills/practices with children. My son fears dentistry but has not given us much more than a frown when we visit Dr. Lee & has ALWAYS said "that wasnt bad at all" when we leave. I love how they make the child comfortable the minute they arrive with things like "cool" sunglasses, a movie to chose from, and constant communication asking them if they're "ok" & getting feedback. We must acknowledge his "team/staff" for being part of this practice as well - KUDOS!!! As parents, we are extremely grateful & happy with Dr Lee's practices. This also includes his professional outlook with children where he doesnt try to be overly aggressive on treating the child; ALWAYS makes you feel like the child comes 1st, & that he tries his best not to traumatize children vs making it seem like the child is just a body that he can bank off of. He explains & makes sure the parent(s) is/are comfortable & aware of what the procedure(s) will be before, during, & after the appointment, including follow up. I take my 5 year old here and just had my one year olds first app and honestly always have such a quick and awesome experience every time. Every staff member you come upon is so kind and ready to answer any question you may have. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 min in the waiting room and once inside they work so quickly and gently. My 5 year old has had a cavity fill and just today two teeth extractions and they always made sure to check in with her.
