I asked to have it put in a lift and actually checked so I know if it's safe to drive... while waiting, speaking on phone in waiting room to a friend. Same guy in the office that tried to rip me off for my truck job came out of the office and was listening to my phone conversarion and thought it was prudent to try and be nasty over what I had said on my phone while in the waiting room. Just don't go here. The level of ghetto and lack of customer care is just disgusting. And by the way the part they told me after putting car on lift is fine, it's something else. I'm done with this place.

I immediately contacted the dealer. The dealer told me I needed to do an upgrade to the suspension on the truck. I went forward and upgraded the suspension which cost me $1,500.00. That did not solve the problem. I contacted a representative for Mitsubishi FUSO in New Jersey and they told me I should never have done the suspension upgrade being that it would not solve the issue. Ever since, I have been emailing and calling the dealer and keep receiving No Response. Therefore I am now stuck with this $65,000.00 truck that I can not use because it can not carry the weight that the dealer specified it was able to handle. They had 3! It was about 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. I spoke to Teah and let her know what my current deal with the other dealership was going to be to trade in my Honda CRV lease. She took my information and said she just needed to see if they could take my Honda. The next morning she texted me the first thing that they were still working on it. About twenty minutes later, she texted me that they could give me the exact same deal for the car. I was in disbelief and immediately drove to the dealership. I ended up getting the top-of-the-line car for about $50 more! Teah was awesome - I was there for about 1-2 hours honestly. From start to finish, this was such an easy process. They showed me the damage that was done internally to the transmission which destroyed the seal. You could literally move the axle on the trans side up and down a 1/4"!!! So, this is now the second transmission this place has destroyed. Place used to have a real good reputation. Be Aware.
