I normally have had a great overall experience with the Robert Half brand.. that is until this time around. This office really only cares about the employee's that bring them higher commission amounts etc.(which means if you go in to an assignment on less than desirable wages be prepared for crappy service) I was placed with a company that from the start paid me way less than I was worth but through the whole experience they kept saying were looking for you else where blah blah blah. I was on assignment for three months before my assignment was ended over safety shoe. I would call and express my concerns but was always told if you want to look else where go ahead. When I had to go pick up my things from their office they wouldn't validate my parking which I had to pay to get out. They didn't go to bat for me, in the 4 days its been since parting ways I was able to find a perm placement through another agency. I don't believe for a second that they truly tried to help me find something else. The VP I had to work with was rude and acted completely childish over email after expressing concerns on my part about his performance. I wont ever work with this office again, good luck but in my opinion there are far better branches to work with than this one. P.S when you pick up employee's food and let it spoil you should be ashamed of yourselves. I didn't bust my butt working to buy that just to have it spoil because your common sense of putting it in a fridge was lacking. Good Luck job seekers. read more

My appointment consisted of interviewing with two different divisions. One was temporary and one permanent placement. I spoke with Donovan for a permanent placement. He never referred me to an employer (and never brought up potential employers) but informed me that I was to contact him with information on potential employers I found on my own. I worked with Jamie and Tara closely the last couple months, and they've made the process of finding a job so much easier for me. I've successfully had two temp jobs through them in which one had me return later on in the year for doing so well at. They do very well at keeping up with you and making sure that you found a job that is a good fit for you. They do occasional check ups with you and answer any questions that you may have.
