So first off, let me just start by saying I did not have the pleasure of working with the previously mentioned recruiter Jacqueline, who I believe was already retired by the time I started at the agency a year ago. My recruiter, unfortunately was a woman by the name of Ashley Loya. I say unfortunately because I actually will say the leasing jobs that they provide are quite thorough and quite productive of a day working, the journey getting there was very slow and tedious. As I just stated, I started with this leasing agency over a year ago. I went to their orientation and it seemed like I was gonna have work immediately, but every time I called in after that, they never had any work for me at all and I called multiple times it wasn't until this August a few months back that I finally heard back from them and they had at least one day of a job not even a whole week just one day of work and I'm not gonna complain about any amount of time that I'm working I will say that I come from history of restaurant and customer service. I'm used to working pretty much all week even when I'm going to school and having only 15 to 10 hours of work from these people just doesn't cut it and that's where a lot of my feelings about this not being the best agency come from. The other thing that adds to the low review is the recruiter that I was assigned to Ashley, who, as of yesterday decided that she has the power to terminate my employment, due to a few miscommunications between us, as well as some minor comments that she heard from some of the leasing offices that I was assigned to work for. Ashley as a person and a recruiter, I find quite unethical biased and unlike Jacqueline as it seems, she's not quick to get you jobs at all. It will take her sometimes days on weeks to get back to you and don't expect to hear back from her if you try reaching out to her, she's a horrible recruiter to communicate in general. I will not say do not sign up for this leasing agency. If you're looking for work, it will provided that for you, but be prepared to deal with a lot of tedious and slow days sometimes weeks just to hear back. And once you get to the leasing office, be very prepared to be under very watchful eyes and deal with very, very high maintenance for an upkeep in something as insignificant as the attire that you're wearing. They will not accept slacks or button up dress shirt you need something that is professional law office attire. Overall, not the worst experience I've had with an agency, but definitely not the best and definitely if it were up to me would not recommend them at all. I received a phone call from Jacquelyn Serrano regarding their client looking for someone to fill a position in the healthcare industry. This was on Dec. 9th. I returned her phone call and the medical group is located close to my house. Exactly 1.5 miles from where I live. It was only eight minutes away without taking the freeway. It was so convenient. She set the phone interview with the administrator in two days which was a Friday. The interview went so well that the following Tuesday, I talked to the manager of the department in the morning and in the afternoon, I got the position.
