If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We stopped on a whim after getting air in the tires of the Hyundai. We are in the market for an F250 to pull out 5th wheel. Over the past 3 years we have taken our lifted truck into various places to get the front end of it properly aligned. No one has been able to do it right and we ended up going through a very expensive set of tires. We opted to replace those tires and after that was done we decided to take the truck to Robert Horne. We requested a front end alignment and expressed our issues to the service manager Logan. He asked to keep it so he could have his specialist, Brian, to look at it. Well Brian looked at it and spoke to us about what he needed to do. He wanted to keep it overnight so he wouldn't be rushed getting it right. We were called about noon that it was ready to go. When we got there it was ready and we picked it up. We took it for a drive and it drove so much better than it has for the past 3 years. We really appreciated the time Logan and Brian took with it to make sure it was right. We 100 percent would recommend Horne Ford for their excellent service and will continue to have our truck serviced there! read more

I wrote a review a few days ago regarding the dishonest work. The AC smells and they told us the filters were changed. We asked for EVERYTHING to be looked over and replaced/fixed. Multiple things weren't done yet we paid them quite a bit of money. The GM replied to my comment asking me to call him. Well, first off, he left the general number to the dealership. Second, I called and was told he's unavailable at the moment. I left a message and haven't received a call back. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on a brand new Raptor. 2 hours later I tracked someone down and asked what's taking so long. I made an appointment for an oil change. I expected to wait maybe 30-35min. The service guy told me an hour to and hour and a half which was annoying since I had made an appointment. Any other Ford dealership I've gone too for an oil change with an appointment was always super fast. I also had my 2 year old son with me so the service guy said he would put a rush on it. An hour and 45min go by and I'm frustrated because my son is over it. I went to ask how much longer because I have an impatient child only to be told at least another 15min. Basically felt like they hadn't even started working on the car. The wait time for a simple oil change was unacceptable. There was maybe 2 other people in there the same time as me. It would of been nice to know ahead of time that it was going to take 2 hours so I could of made other arrangements. I will not go there for service again. read more

Avoid this place. I made an "Appointment" online, and took my truck in at the scheduled time for a "Check Engine" light. They said great, leave your truck here but it will be 24-28 hours before they can even take a look at it. Are you kidding me? For a check engine light, they can't even take a look for 24-48 hours? Then why schedule an appointment? When I asked that question the guy made up some mumbo-jumbo about scheduling and technicians etc. Just a scam to capture business that they can't actually handle. I wish there was a negative start review! I set an appointment to take my truck in for service 2 weeks in advance. I have a warranty to cover repairs and vehicle rentals during repairs which they were aware of but I can't get a rental until the issue is diagnosed. I dropped my truck off on a Thursday and didn't hear back so I called on Monday to try and get some answers. I left a message in the morning, afternoon and evening with no call back. Tuesday I called and did the same thing since I needed a car to get to and from work and never got a response. I was told by the front desk that they were short staffed. I tried calling again Wednesday several times with no answer and no response from the messages and emails. I ended up getting a ride down to the shop to try and get answers and all I got was "I'm not sure what they are doing with you truck, there are no notes." I reiterated the fact that I really needed a rental and was told "I will get you and answer first thing in the morning." As you can guess, no call the next day. I called about 10 times with zero help. I finally went down and told them to give me the keys back and ended up taking it to a more reputable Ford Dealer. The customer service here sucks. Please do your research before buying a car from this dealer. We went in on Sat. fell in love with a flex but couldn't agree on a price. Over the next week we went back and forth negotiating a deal. What a waste of our time. They will tell you they don't play games and they are transparent! Don't be fooled! After a week, we finally reached an agreement to purchase the car. However, at the last minute they tell me it was the wrong car. The car we wanted was now $50 more a month than we were told. They are shady and con artists and just wanted to push us into this other car. They tried to talk bad about other Ford dealers saying they would just lie to us over the phone to get us in the dealer but that's exactly what Robert Horne did. Bill, the manager was just dismissive and rude when I would ask how this mistake was made. He said it was the wrong stock number. Communication is terrible. Dropped of my vehicle to see why the check engine light was on and get the normal service. Never was told about a possible 48 hours before the diagnosis was done. Finally got an update around 4pm and was told it can take up to 48 hours. Then I get my vehicle the following day. Not once was it mentioned to me that if a diagnosis code was ran and it's not covered under warranty there would there be a fee. Mind you, if it was explained to me the possibility of a fee I would of been okay with it. I went and checked out for my service oil changed and was surprised by the $150 dollar charge of a diagnosis fee. The advisor had every opportunity to explain the fee to me when he called me. When I was calling to check on my vehicle because I got no update the prior day, I was told we are busy and have been short staffed. Understandable, due to the obvious. However, they schedule their appointments, I didn't just walk in. If you become short staffed it's simple cancel appointments. I'm sure you don't send real surveys like Horne Kia (and other dealerships) because they know this place is a disaster and it will affect the commission pay. read more

Last week I took my Dually in to get a new rear differential seal put on, I told the guy at the counter it had been replaced under warranty and told me well its not covered anymore, I said Ford did the work under waranty in Cheyanne, WY and he said take it back. I said I live here now. He said its not covered anymore snobbishly. Then he checked with some girl in the back and said its covered under the Drive Train warranty. So we made an appointment for a week out which was today. I drive up at 6:45am and at 7am they call my name the guy gets in the truck to write the info down and says it will take 3-4 days to do and we will drive you home and I said no you won't. I said it only takes 45 minutes to change. I said I have an appointment for 7am today. I said you are not going to put my truck in the back in the (We will get to it when we are caught up line). So he said lets go inside, so we do, he writes me up and says let us take you home and we will put the truck up and see what it needs and we will call you this afternoon. I said it needs a rear differential gasket, I said it only takes 45 minutes. He then Lied about the 4-5 days . I said can you get it done today and he said we need to look at it, I told them give me my keys back, I will take it else where as I do not trust you all. It was just an Untrustworthy conversation, after 3 visits there the service advisors are the most cocky unfriend ly service advisors I have ever met. PROOF 2 weeks ago I brought in my wifes 2014 Ford Explorer and a quick lane Coupon for $19.99, I go the the advisor and I said I want these and I said does it include installation and he said YES. Over an Hour had passed and he told me I had to pay for installation of $13. I was not happy but just paid the $33.00 for wipers and left. The 1 hr job only takes 3 minutes(The Service advisor could have done it) But they took my car to the back and did a full inspection on it to try to bulk up on business, How do I know this, After leaving going down the highway the hood came open and they tried to sell me tires. read more

What a great experience! I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealer in well over 10 years. One of the main reasons for that is the "fresh meat" feeling you get from those "No Bull" kind of dealerships. Well, this was an amazing, truly no bull, no pressure and no feeling of being chum chucked into shark invested water experience. We stopped in late Tuesday night. Met "Boston Joe" as we looked on the lot. Joe let us test drive 3 vehicles, with NO bable or pressure. We left with our $10 off Butterball coupon. We returned today and my fiance' decided she wanted to look at trucks instead of any of the vehicles we test drove the night before. She fell in love with a sweet F150 Crew Cab 4x4. A short time later we left with a great deal. They gave us more for our trade then KBB said a dealership would and a smoking price on the 4x4! Fuse went out on my f150 after 12000 miles. 3 hours after dropping off my truck for what could have been completed in less than an hour I'm still waiting for a call back. Next time I replace the fuse myself and go elsewhere to have my truck serviced. Update: 5.5 hours and not even a phone call to say what's going on. Have called twice and never get a straight answer. 6.5 hours to change a fuse? Really? I should have refused to pay. But I was nice and paid. I don't like being lied to. I bet it took them 15 minutes to fix the problem. Missed a day of work because of this. And all it would have taken to get 5 stars would have been an honest phone call or being honest from the beginning that it couldn't be fixed right away despite having made an appointment. read more

They make you set an appointment for service. That's a huge red flag right there but ok, fine, I set an appointment. Yet what's the point of making an appointment if they are going to take their sweet time anyway? We have a special needs daughter so we cannot have our car down long. We are clear about that every time we bring our Explorer in for a factory recall. Yet they fail every time to get the car done during the half day we have available while my daughter is in school. And then when I call to complain about it...they get mad...like it's somehow MY fault that they are inefficient and cannot schedule or make repairs correctly. I need the recalls fixed and service done to keep up with the warranty so I really don't have a choice in this matter except to go to another dealership next time I buy. Worst experience ever. I brought my Ford Escape to fix because a/c wasn't working and it was a complete mess/mistake. The first time I paid $820 (which they wanted to overcharge $100 more) to get the a/c fixed and it was working for a couple days then it would go from cold air to hot air and it would go back and forth. I took it in the 2nd time to get it fixed and they said it was a tube that was replaced that had holes in it so that's why it would blow hot and cold air. I had also told them that it was revving up or accelerating and they didn't find the cause of that. Not to mention that every time I went to take it in I waited for 2-4 hours in the lobby because apparently it was something "small" that they could fix it same day. When it wasn't something small and made me waste my time because eventually I had to wait a couple of days for them to fix it. The 3rd time I took it in was because after the 3rd day of using my car the cold air turned into hot air and there was completely no cold air. By this time this was the 4th week we have been taking my car in. I left it in the shop for 6 days, almost a week later! There was no call from the manager because he said he was personally going to call me and he ended up calling someone with a complete different number! So I went in to just get my car and leave because at that point it was unbelievable. This time they wanted to charge me $1800 for an evaporator. The manager said he would take off $800 because I had paid $800 the first time I took it in to fix. At that point I don't even want to trust them because of so many times I've trusted them with my car just for something new to break every time. I said no to the "offer" because it unbelievable. Never going back again worst experience and no help whatsoever. To top it all off I was missing an aux cord for the 2nd time when bringing in my car. 0/10 don't waste your money and no wonder they have so many bad reviews. read more

So I go in for an oil change and ordered the works as in rotate tires check pressure, check fluids, wash, you get the idea... I get my vehicle back and noticed that the rubber flap is hanging down from the lower engine compartment. It has to be moved to get to the oil filter and was not placed back, no big deal. Next , not washed. Next wrong oil used and so wrong billing... Next I was told the water pump is leaking and needs to be changed... Water pump doesn't leak just drove it 600 miles in 105 degrees plus weather, not a drop and Reservoir is still fine!! Very disappointed and will not be using this dealer for services or buying vehicles!! Can't recommend.... read more

Robert Horne Ford's service team successfully replaced the Temperature Air Door Actuator on my vehicle. A few reasons for only 3 stars: I had an appointment and was a "waiting" customer, but ended up waiting at the dealership for five hours. I was charged 2.75 hours for the repair (billed as 2.5 hours plus a 10% "shop fee" that's based on labor hours). The replacement part is $12, but due to excessive labor, the bill was $353. Access to the defective actuator did not even require removing the dash. The exact same part (BE8Z 19E616 B) was replaced 14 months ago at Chapman Ford. They only billed 1.4 hours, as prescribed by Ford for services 19700D, 19700D45, and 19700D22. So needless to say, I was surprised by the high repair cost at Robert Horne. read more

So we went with it being nice people and then asked to drive what we came to see off the Internet--- so we did drive a total of 5 cars maybe 5 miles all together went back to talk price and "Joe " was not wanting to honor the Internet price in front of him ??? And told us " we are done I only let people drive 1 car and that's it!!!! You can leave now " I about crapped myself the other salesmen standing around watching TV did nothing- after going to another car lot we called the manager and asked if it was normal and I guess for Joe it is but no one there has balls to get rid of him - but karma works strange I have a brand new mustang tonight not a used one for the same price, we drove a hour but treated like royalty! We went back the next day with the down payment for the vehicle and somehow we were still $1500 away from a deal when the manager who we were working with (Anthony was not in) said "listen, if you don't want to do it then don't. You can go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or my time." I was appalled. I then asked for a copy of the offer and he told me "I'm not giving you a copy of the offer.
