When we met with Dr. Lee, he explained that for cases like ours, they can actually make clear aligners in-house instead of sending everything to a large company like Invisalign. He explained how advances in 3D printing allow them to print the models and make the aligners themselves at a much lower cost, and they pass much of those savings on to their patients. The price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. We were also really impressed with Dr. Lee. He has an engineering background and seemed incredibly knowledgeable about the technology behind orthodontic treatment. Compared to some of the other offices we visited, everything at Life Orthodontics felt very modern and personalized, and he took the time to explain why this was a good option for us rather than trying to sell us on more treatment than we needed. I came to Dr. Pham about 2 years after being referred by my dentist at Oceanic Dental. During the first visit, I expressed my concerns about my underbite and Dr. Pham explained all the information I needed to know about getting my underbite fixed as well as his schedule for my braces to get it prepared for underbite surgery and post surgery. I agreed with Dr. Pham and went forward with the braces. I believe it took more than a year for the braces to correct my alignment for surgery. My surgeon whom Dr. Pham recommended me to go said that Dr. Pham did an amazing job with the pre surgery alignment and was able to performed a successful underbite surgery. I am currently on the post surgery braces phase and was told that next visit is when the braces come off.
