I was looking for a new dentist along my commute to work who can take me in first thing in the morning (to still make it to work on time) after leaving a very pushy dentist chain who obviously just want to push difference procedures on me. I scheduled my cleaning quickly and they out me in the chair with no hassles. The waiting room was peaceful and didn't have that hospital vibe you sometimes get, and theres even a nice window to look at some greenery. The staff was very kind and always asking if I was ok, which was much appreciated, and my cleaning went quickly; about 25 minutes in and out of the chair. The dentist actually did my cleaning and she talked to me about my teeth in a way that made me aware of its health but also without the usual scolding of "you have to floss more" (even though I probably do). No one was pushing procedures onto me but there were plenty of different recommendations that I could think over and consider. I was able to schedule a follow up cleaning months ahead easily and was out about 50 minutes, all in all. After my follow up cleaning 5 months later, they introduced me to Invisalign and I signed up with them after seeing the incredible deal I was getting. They scanned me and I got to see a quick overview of how my teeth were going to shift. Getting the attachments onto my teeth and set up was painless and quick - smoother and easier than I imagined (I had braces for 4 years as a kid - traumatizing) and right now, my top and bottom canines haven't touched like they do in nearly 20 years. This was by far the strangest cleaning I've ever had. My appointment was for 2:00pm last Wednesday, I got there 5 minutes early, no one was at the desk but a man poked his head out and said hello which I appreciated. Then 3 girls trickled in separately who worked there, it's safe to say they were on lunch break, no worries. I wrote my name on the clipboard and continued to wait. Another patient walked in shortly after me. They called him back first which I didn't mind until I realized I was there for an hour before I got called back to the room. It seems there's only one dentist working which I also wouldn't have minded if they scheduled accordingly. Im finally in the room and one of the girls took my X- rays, she was friendly and efficient. The dentist finally made his way in and was completely unprepared. Him and his assistant are talking and he asks her for a "leaf" she said there isn't anymore, he said we ran out already? She said you're the only one that uses them so he said "it's OK just put that last one through sanitizer". A short time passes as he's fumbling around with the tools and equipment. He then proceeds to put the "leaf" in my mouth, wet and apparently used by a previous patient, let alone if it was even sanitized or not. He also put it in backwards which I thought was strange. There was a lot going on. I was waiting for a camera crew to come out like it was some kind of joke. Then he tried to upsell me on different services, mainly "whitening" I respectfully declined and he couldn't get me out of the chair fast enough. One of my bridges he didn't even floss, he said "well you floss at home right" I said yeah, he goes OK you're done and hands me my purse before I'm even out of the chair while I'm taking off the paper towel. I will say the girls were all friendly and considerate. I think he seemed extremely unprepared, rushed and not able to care for each Individual patient fully. I can't say that I will be back nor recommend this office anytime soon. read more

*Not a patient. Was present when this exchange went done. My friend has been going to this dentist for like 4 years. She had bought a Groupon for Invisalign. She has always been in communication with the dental office and they knew when she moved out of state, but the dentist agreed to keep seeing her. Some visits, my friend would be charged a fee, when she would ask about it, they would not explain it. Just "the contract" and then would not be charged, then charged the next visit. Her husband wrote a Yelp review last year after being fed up with the run around. My friend and I did not know about this review. She made an appointment and we flew out. When we arrived, everyone was super nice. The dentist was blowing up the bathroom and said her stomach was bothering her today. I used the bathroom after to change since we came from the airport. When I came out I noticed no other clients and the staff was acting strange. I started to hear the dentist going off on someone. That someone was my friend. I asked the receptionist if the dentist was yelling at my friend and when she said yes. I started to go back but she stopped me. I tried to understand what the F happened. I hear this dentist reading parts of the review and is saying things like, "Your husband is CRAZY!" "I can't believe he said these vile things.' I actually started recording at this point, and downloaded YELP just to read this "awful and horrible review" The dentist came out to try to tell me how awful he is "and even though it's unfair to yell at my friend, she's married to him and needs him to take it down." I told her this was misdirected anger and very unprofessional. She argued and said he was vile and called her a bitch, (honestly tho, spot on cause she is an entitled bitch who is also RACIST). So avoid this place. Avoid this dentist who needs to lose her license. *Here is some screenshots of others reviews too. I have the full audio of the exchange where this "professional" yelled at my friend for 15 minutes while the other staff just stood around. The owner/dentist is awful to anyone she deems "unworthy" of her. On tape she says, "I know you haven't done anything, but I don't have access to your husband." Then when I stated the anger was misdirected, the owner/dentist said, "You don't know. You are not even a patient here, so you can't say anything." My friend is still upset by this and I've advised her to reach out to her lawyer for harassment if you contact her further since she is no longer a patient. Came here after buying a Groupon deal on x-rays, consultation and cleaning. I can't say enough good things. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors was outstanding and efficient (also shoutout to Abby the dental assistant because she was super sweet and great at explaining everything). I've gotten the same work done at other places and sometimes it can feel like they're rushing or not doing as thorough a job since you're a Groupon customer (that's really what I base my decision on whether to return or not, quality of service regardless of how or why the customer is there). I appreciated that they were very friendly and personable while being super informative. This is one of the few places where I feel they really took the time to explain exactly what they were recommending and why. I really appreciated that the doctor asked me whether I was interested in hearing about extra services to improve my smile before going off. She said "If it's not something you're not interested in I don't want to take up your time but if you're interested I'm more than happy to explain." I was grateful that they never pressured me at all (which in all honesty made me more interested in hearing what they had to say). The cleaning was thorough and efficient. I will say I'm not super sensitive (I know some people really don't enjoy the dentist however I'm not one of those people) but it was a great experience, I didn't experience any discomfort and she was very gentle when cleaning. There is plenty of parking but the plaza was a bit strange upon parking and can be a bit confusing but look for unit D! Office was clean and well maintained. Thanks for the wonderful experience! I have been going to this office for about 3 years now when I found out about the new changes coming, I was a little skeptic at first but that quickly dissipated. Estelle explained the whole situation of how new Doctors are advanced-trained and they will incorporate holistic and Orthotropics treatments - I didn't know what this all meant but the doctors and staff were super understanding and patient in explaining these to me. They sat down and explain in detailed to me and my friend. I genuinely think the Doctors and staff here are all expertise in their fields, and I can be assured that my family and I are always in good hands. My wisdom teeth extractions were painless and went by quicker than anticipated, and now I am doing Invisalign to correct my smile. My whole entire experience here was incredibly uncomfortable. They were so unorganized, after the ownership changed definitely things are strange.... Even the receptionist is a little bold and aggressive and they're pretty pushy. I did not have a good experience with the dentist as well. It all seemed very confusing, and it felt like they were just trying to push Invisalign on me and we're not there for my best interest. I decided to give them an opportunity and on my goodness am I ever glad si did, all the staff are amazingly caring and go above and beyond to help patients with whatever we need. Monica is so good and flexible with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Dr Jimmy Bhatt is the best dentist I've been to, this was for my younger daughter, he removed all 4 wisdom teeth so fast but yet super careful and made us laugh all the time he was working and Abby is such a great dentist assistant, I recommend this place! This was my family's dentist for years until new ownership took over. I just received a bill for services dating back 14 months for services normally covered by the old staff. When my 17 year old daughter showed up for her 6 month cleaning, they tried to bully her into paying my family's past due dental bill (which we knew nothing about). They also required a hefty co-pay for a basic cleaning (something we've never paid before). A careful review of the bill revealed inconsistencies in charges. Please be aware this is an unethical and unprofessional practice. My wife and I are trying to understand the Invisalign charges. We were recently told that they billed insurance back in 2018 and insurance denied it. We called insurance and they have no record of it. While on the phone with both the practice and insurance today, Estelle said we never once mentioned insurance to them. I can 100% guarantee insurance was part of the conversation from day one. Even the statement the practice shared with us shows insurance payments. It's nice to know the practice never shared with us until recently about the insurance issue and then subsequently lied about. For whatever it's worth, we also were too trusting and should've questioned the charge to begin with. This is a good learning experience for us, as we were too trusting thinking this was an ethical practice. I've also read additional reviews and would concur with the comments about the receptionist. She has an attitude and is very rude. She becomes very condescending and defensive, and frankly no one should have to put up with it. I've also read some of the business responses, which seems to echo the receptionist attitude. If I see a response, I would expect them to deny any wrongdoing along with their unprofessional attitude. This place acts morally superior and above others, when in reality it is an entitled and disgraceful practice. read more

This office has changed hands. My dentist didn't tell me she sold her practice. I found out by looking at the business license on the wall when paying at the front desk after a new dentist (not new owner) - who failed to meaningfully introduce herself - consulted with me for the first time after my regular teeth cleaning. Not a very professional handoff or introduction. They didn't even schedule my next teeth cleaning which was the modus operandi under old ownership. My earlier review is no longer current. I have been going to Fresh Left dental for several years with Dr. Nevein Amer. She was wonderful. Corina who does the teeth cleaning is also wonderful. She did a good job. My husband and I had appointments on May 10, 2022 for teeth cleaning. After they finished cleaning, the dentist came in. It was not Dr Amer. I asked where she was. They said on personal leave and did not know when or if she would come back. They knew that she would not come back. I was never told that Dr Amer was gone. They did not introduce me to the new dentist. Now I find out that Dr Amer left last year. They also said that Estelle, the lady that checks you in, was on vacation and would be back next week. I gave this place a shot. The positives is that they have a good staff that is very friendly so I appreciated that. I got my teeth cleaned I paid $90 for a deep cleaning which I didn't mind. I got a new filling that needed to be redone and that was $150. While I appreciate their work it just seemed off that when they finished my filling on my tooth (which was for cosmetic reasons) they didn't show me the final result. The dentist finished his work and left. I wanted to see the results. When I decided to grab the mirror they had there I saw that they didn't really cover the decalcification on my tooth and now there's that visible line. Secondly, the the color of my tooth is off compared to the rest, it's a yellowish tone and it doesn't match my other teeth, so now I feel insecure. I asked one of the front desk people if it would whiten and he said I could try but that I can always go back and get it done again so it matches my teeth ... aka pay $150 again. Another thing is that I was going to remove my wisdom teeth here and I waited close to two months to call again. When I decided to call I asked what happened to the follow up on my wisdom teeth removal, the receptionist told me they did not need medical approval for extraction but that I had to pay $200 for some dental graph that Medical did not cover. I feel like I'm at the mechanic here like they try to make you pay extra money for extra things. I just sadly don't feel like they have the patients best interest at heart. read more
