First appointment here and was really impressed! Dr Hazrati and her staff are very personable and friendly. Dr Haz took the necessary precautions to protect my baby's health while pregnant and ensured my dental hygiene was good without doing unnecessary interventions. I changed dentist due to having no issues prior to my teeth except typical fillings and that dentist tried saying because I was pregnant (only 1 month at the time) that I needed a deep cleaning with local anesthetic. Needless to say I went to Dr Haz and she confirmed that was unnecessary and excessive. She performed a hand cleaning recommended a quick filling since my molar filling was worn out and I was out the door! No deep cleaning needed my teeth and gums were fine and she mentioned I do a good job cleaning and flossing. Dr. Haz has probably been the best dentist I've had in the US and that is saying a lot! She is so kind and caring and her office and staff are always so welcoming and warm. Her DA, Alex was so gentle and charming, yet professional with the older regular patients it made my heart melt a little. I needed a crown after I got a root canal through my insurance but they wouldn't cover the crown. Dr. Haz offers reasonable pricing and the crown work was of exceptional high quality. I will be going back for my cleanings and any new concerns. read more

If I was allowed - ZERO stars for sure! This dentist, Dr. Hazrati, is not good at all and she gets you by calling you sweetie and honey! She told my parents they had no insurance when it was clear they did. She tends to prey on elders with the mindset she can rip them off. When my mother and I went to speak to her (after making a claim with our insurance of her wrong doing), her front office was so disrespectful, I nearly lost it. The excuse I got was that her receptionist had already been yelled at once that day - not my problem. When you are getting your dental work done, you're able to see other patients history up on the screen, I am pretty sure that's in violation of some sort of HIPAA. Just be aware that you are likely to be overcharged and ripped off. If I had known, I would never have put my parents into that situation. Horrible dentist, horrible front office and horrible place to go. So many better dentists out there. Don't go here. Spend the time and find a way better one! read more

My first time here. Had appointment at 1100. Receptionist said it would "be a few minutes". They were over an hour behind. I had my previous dentist send over my X-Rays from 2019. I had to change dentists because my insurance changed. Hygienist insisted on taking a full mouth set. I told her my insurance only paid for bite wings. Impressed and beyond satisfied! This was my first visit at Dr. Hazrati's office and she has earned a new client. I was so nervous about seeing a new dentist and the experienced I had there was amazing. First let's start off by the lady named Maria at the front desk. She is very nice, accommodating, and very patient. She scheduled me the appointment on such short notice. When I had arrived I filled out some paperwork and my insurance gave me a little issue but she did everything she could so I could still see the doctor! I happened to be the last customer of the day and they took care of me. I mean they took care of me! Dr Hazrati recommended me for a deep clean and fillings on my teeth. She's been in the game for more then 20 years and her knowledge was remarkable. I can tell she loves what she is doing! Very impressed and very gentle with your teeth. Every 5 mins or so she would check up on me to see if I was ok and or needed a break. Very nice lady and very professional. I felt very comfortable after everything and looking forward for my next check up. I just hope I continue to keep flossing and not let the doctor down! Lol. I've had nothing but continuing bad experiences with this office. From them getting upset and refusing to treat my 8 yo son because he began crying because he was scared of treatment, to the overpayment and insurance fraud with my braces, to them cracking my husbands molar when extracting his wisdom tooth. I currently have a grievance out with my insurance for overpayment of my braces and will be looking to hire an attorney for dental malpractice for the neglect with my husbands teeth. I have never experienced anything this horrible and what my family and are left to deal with. read more

Had a really bad experience with this dentist. I was a new patient and trusted my insurance to put me in good hands. Worst bed side manor. She was quick to recommend major dental work. I agreed to 2 out of the 4 crowns recommended. She's very heavy handed and rough. I was bruised and swollen. Didn't not have a follow call to check on me. Office is dirty and smelled like there was a cat in the office. Recycled bottled were in the coroner of the front desk. The receptionist was eating cheese crackers and talking to me at the same time. Not professional at all. Felt very taken advantage of and I making this post so it doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Let me start my review off by saying how much I hate going to the dentist. I have always had such horrible dentists, which made me despise the entire process. I'll admit, I went a very long time without seeing a dentist before my first visit to Dr. Hazrati's office so I was nervous to say the least. I grew up in a dentist family so I have an understanding of the industry. Haz dental is an amazing practice. Faye, treats us like family. She is very, very sincere and truly cares for the well being of her patients. My wife had an issue. I called the office at 8 PM on a Tuesday. Within 10 minutes Faye called me back to find out what problems my wife was having. In the office, she never rushes us and fully explains everything until we understand. I don't really write reviews however, due to the excellent experience I felt compelled to write one for Dr. Haz. I have been to a handful of dentist offices in my life and they all have been the same. All in a hurry and full of commission breath! Meaning that they have a closer to try and squeeze every single dollar from you! Dr. Haz's practice is not like the others. Aside from the excellent service and family environment. Dr Haz does her very best to make sure that you spend as little as possible. I don't have dental insurance and I needed some major work done that presumably going to cost me THOUSANDS but thanks to this practice I paid a small fraction of what others have quoted. If you have gone to a dentist and feel like you are being over charged, or feel like the dentist is forcing you to accept a service you don't need, take your X-rays to Dr Haz for a second opinion. Came to Haz dental for a suspected tooth infection. When I got to the office, there ended up being an issue with my insurance (at the fault of the insurance company), but Maria and Dr. Haz took good care of me regardless. They offered a complimentary exam and x ray so that I didn't have to remain in pain without any answers. Both women were warm and welcoming, and while going to the dentist is never a fun trip for me, I really appreciated their kindness and their efforts to make sure I got the necessary treatment. read more

Terrible! Came in for a regular cleaning, but she insisted upon deep cleaning. Had to wait an hour because their old computers kept crashing so they can't view the X-rays! Went back to my regular dentist and she said I didn't need any deep cleaning! It's no wonder they're not busy and can get anyone in at last minute! read more
