Christopher has been the agent who handles my insurance policy, and I have to say he's really patient. Had to admit that I was really rude to him. Especially I cursed a lot because the insurance premium went through the roof, and I really had a hard time to afford it. In the past three years, every time I called to argue about the premium, he always tried to offer me different plans with different coverage levels. He even explained in detail what's the difference between each plans, like how much I might need to pay out of the pocket with low coverage, how much I am wasting on insurance premium with low deductible, or what situation I might get into with higher deductible. Seriously, I've never met an insurance agent that would do that for customers. Most of them just want your money. I still remember the accident I had back in 2014 after I removed the full coverage. The insurance company told me that they not gonna pay to fix my car, and I was extremely pissed. Every time this agent office called me, I just hung up. Christopher called me almost every other day and tried to help with it although the accident was my one fault, and there was not much he could do. The sad thing is, it doesn't need to be this way. Unreliable Communication: Getting answers is sometimes difficult, and important details were often missed when setting up policies (leaving important coverage or drivers off the policy). Lack of Urgency: When our homeowners policy was not renewed by the carrier, there was no proactive effort or urgency to address the situation, leaving us scrambling and on our own. We found out from the carrier that JMH was no longer contracted, and didn't hear this from Mark. Policy Cancellations Without Notice: Our auto insurance policy was cancelled twice without our knowledge or any notification. The most recent was this month, when our auto-pay policy failed to renew (still not clear why). We were never notified, and only found out 23 days later when asked for proof of insurance when test-driving at a dealership. Serious Safety Risk: This meant our family unknowingly drove uninsured for weeks--including on a 4,000-mile road trip. During that time, we hit road debris thrown into our lane by a semi-truck that required significant repairs to our car. Thankfully I was able to maintain control, but the outcome could have been financially catastrophic for our family had there been other vehicles involved. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not expose families to devastating risks. I would strongly (and sadly) caution anyone against working with this broker.

I had an issue with our daughters vehicle last year and left numerous messages for him with no return call. I only received emails back from him. There is usually one lady in the office, Lavelle, she is not an expert on policies or information so you have to dig for responses from her as well.
