Alan Lee has one of the most knowledgeable and patient agents I've encountered. I've had many insurance policies before with other carriers, and I actually never understood what I was actually paying for. Such as your Bodily Injury coverage on an Auto policy. I've always understood that insurance is by law required. But never understood what I'm actually buying/paying for. Until I called Alan Lees office. The agent John was patient enough to answer all my questions I have on my coverages. In addition, he was more than willing to show me and tell me what discounts I was able to get to save. Look for Christopher Lee!!!! He's really the best insurance agent I've ever met. I've had a rough life in the past couple years, and the insurance premium kept going up for all the traffic tickets and accident I had. Christopher has been the agent who handles my insurance policy, and I have to say he's really patient. Had to admit that I was really rude to him. Especially I cursed a lot because the insurance premium went through the roof, and I really had a hard time to afford it. In the past three years, every time I called to argue about the premium, he always tried to offer me different plans with different coverage levels. He even explained in detail what's the difference between each plans, like how much I might need to pay out of the pocket with low coverage, how much I am wasting on insurance premium with low deductible, or what situation I might get into with higher deductible. Seriously, I've never met an insurance agent that would do that for customers. Most of them just want your money. I still remember the accident I had back in 2014 after I removed the full coverage. The insurance company told me that they not gonna pay to fix my car, and I was extremely pissed. Every time this agent office called me, I just hung up. Christopher called me almost every other day and tried to help with it although the accident was my one fault, and there was not much he could do. Their service is really good. Christopher Lee was the agent who helped me to get the home insurance when I bought my first house. I really had no idea what insurance I should buy, and how to make this work. It was way too complicated and troublesome that I needed to call loan officer, escrow officer, and the insurance agent to make sure the coverage amount is enough to get the loan approved. Christopher took care every thing for me. All I did was signing the paper, and the insurance thing was done and finished. Furthermore, he wrote me an email to explain the definition of each coverage item on the quote and list out all the possible risk I might have with lower coverage. REVIEW FOR Christopher Lee!!!! Listening to this guy is like someone puking in my ears. His nasty attitude made me so sick. When I tried to save some money on premium, dude kept threatening me how I'll get into an accident tomorrow if I downgrade my coverage, and how that ER bill is cost my all that $500,000 every time it happens, as if his job is to promise that shit will happen to me. No mention of any possible discounts, no questions asked at all. When he first learn that fact that I'm trying to save, dude even HUNG UP saying he's busy. Like what? Why wouldn't you say that when I first ringed with the possibility of asking for a quote. Dude talked my ears off trying to convince me not to downgrade. I have never spoken to Alan. This is more towards this location and its agents. I have been with Farmers for 7 years. I'm one of those lazy people who tend to stick with a company after I've signed up. However, after a leaky toilet tank a couple of years ago, my opinion towards the service has completely changed. I couldn't reach my agent! His voicemails were always full, he has interns return and handle his calls. So fine, he's lazy, just like me. The adjustor told me agents don't do anything anyway. Now here's where things get hairy, when it came time to renew, my agent disappeared. I figured his lazy butt went on vacation. I call the office and a female agent told me he was fired for pulling shady stuff! I think Farmers has a decent reputation so I ask for a quote and appointment. Never get the call back. I call in the office and when I ask for the female agent, this guy (still not Alan) ignores my request and starts the hard sell. He says he can give me a better quote, but doesn't. When I ask about my original phone appointment with the female agent, he says she went to another appointment and cancelled all appointments for the day. I'm now convinced she's the same as my old agent, unavailable and shady. So I need to get off my lazy butt. A price comparison between my service and other companies turns out Farmers is much more expensive than a lot of other companies. Sure made me realize a gal can't get lazy about this stuff unless she's made of money. Just sharing my experience. Don't want to get people fired. Alan is the absolute worst agent ever. He attempted to deceive and take advantage of me when I wanted to cancel my policy. Then on top of that he insulted me saying I was just wasting his time. Extremely unprofessional. I would advise to look elsewhere for someone more trustworthy. read more

I needed to get an insurance for my client and all I had was a copy of paragraph on the contract which was a business that my client tried to get. I forwarded that paragraph to Alan, His assistant, Jennifer, explained what type of insurance my client needed and patiently told me what further information needed in order to get a quote. I was not able to provide info right away and made them waited days. They did not push and were extremely patient with me. My client was happy and I was happy. Great help!
