I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. Appointments with dental work specifically (cleanings, fillings, etc) are easy to reschedule within a few days of your original appointment which I appreciate due to my busy work schedule. However one area they could definitely improve on is their availability of their Sure Smile (Invisilign) appointments and services. This office HEAVILY pushes invisilign and has signs and plaques all over the office claiming they are in the top 1% of invisilign providers. However these appointments are very difficult to come by. If I have to reschedule an appointment to get my new aligners, the average wait time is a month to get a new appointment. One time, my aligners were lost in the mail and the office had to reschedule and it was 6 weeks out to reschedule. It's pretty annoying and creates a significant setback for the treatment schedule. I feel they should have more RDAs to provide these services since they push it so much.
