Dental Hygienist was rude and rushed while doing a poor job of cleaning my teeth. Kept tapping my face inappropriately and spoke negatively about everything. I have been to other dentists and been told my teeth are in relatively good condition but this woman was just mean and negative. I will never return to this place because of the poor treatment from this dental hygienist. Learn some soft skills and how to be polite and professional with your speech and stop tapping on peoples faces like they are inanimate objects. It is very unprofessional. read more

Dr. Wong has developed an attitude in which you don't feel heard when expressing your concerns. He is running behind, rescheduling, and I have had a broken tooth for a month now because of a composite bonding error he made. It's a state-of-the-art facility in a spa-like setting. Christopher Wong and Bettina (Tina) Tong provide top-notch service and care for anything dental related. I love the large windows and zen-like design that went into this comfortable, well-equipped, facility. The hygienists are detailed and friendly and Jordan provided great service to me today. I like my cleanings here, and their service, so much so that I'm having this service performed three times a year instead of the customary twice a year. The front office/desk people are fantastic. It's a great team of well coordinated and follow-up staff who are professional, friendly and go out of their way to get your questions answered. After 35 years there my appointment was cancelled that I booked 6 months in advance . They sent out reminder text and state if you no show or cancel less than 72 hours in advance they will charge 50 dollars . No where on the text did it say that if you don't confirm your appointment you will be cancelled . They also called the day before but unfortunately I was working a long shift and didn't get messages till 545 that if I didn't confirm my appointment they were going to cancel . 2nd phone call said they canceled. I still showed for my appointment next day as I had it on my calendar and keep my appointments but they informed me they had given my appointment away and could see me the next day , which I worked so I couldn't make it. I asked to talk to dr . They said he couldn't talk now but would give him message. He called over a week later and seemed to think it was ok . He said he loses money when people don't show I told him I had never no showed and he said your the exception. Why would you treat a 35 year old customer this way? I always pay my bill and have been good about showing . They cancelled on my once cause there hygentist was sick and it took two months to reschedule yet they think my time isn't valuable. read more

I recently took a niece of mine for a check up and was greeted by a very sweet woman named Brenda up front. All was going well until I came across a woman named jannie (forgive me if the spelling of her name is incorrect). This woman was extremely rude and indifferent towards our needs or expectations. She disregarded any questions I had and made me feel invisible. She also was unprofessional to the staff around her. Her interactions with them were very uncomfortable to witness and I was in disbelief that this was taking place in front of me. I have talked to my sister about moving her business elsewhere. Jannie should not be working with the public if she is going to be rude to the guests who come here for services. Aside from that negativity, I have to say Brenda, the other woman in front, was extremely sweet and definitely did her best to make up for the poor attitude we were receiving. So I was looking for another Orthodontist place and I found Cedar North Dental. The staffs were friendly and yet professional and the music was just right not super loud and thumping like Thurmans. So I paid for the $95.00 "full adult complete check up" exam. Doctor Tong actually came and ask me what was my concerns was with my oral hygiene. So Cedar North really actually listen to you and they were very detailed doing my teeth evaluation. The one point I didn't get was the doctor set me up for some cleaning today and I decided to stick around another hour before my second appointment was at 1:00PM. So I came back and I was told that the cleaning specialist couldn't do my cleaning today and thank goodness I didn't drive back and forth just to come here. Anyways that seemed a bit shady too me because the price I paid for the " full adult complete check up" the cleaning was included. Now they're saying I have to get this done first and will cost me around $270 before I can get my "free cleaning". I'm not sure what to say the people here seemed more genuine than other places I went to. So far I'll just give them a 2/5 ratings for now until I can feel confide with them before spending a lot of money. read more

I am in for my office visit after my 14 day K.O.R. whitening and what a difference this is no over the counter may or may not whiten your teeth treatment, this is the biggest difference I have ever seen in my teeth. ( my wife says she needs to wear sunglasses when I smile) I am self employed so my first impression really counts and its funny how when you have more confidence in yourself it shows. I had my intial consultation with Dr. Wong yesterday. I was given a tour of the entire office, introduced to the team, and given a thorough explaination of each of the pieces of equipment that I may come in contact with at their office. A team member then made sure I had no questions, and waited with me while I waited for my consultation with Dr. Wong. During my exam both the assistant and Dr. Wong explain what was going to happen next. It had been quite some time since my last cleaning and the team made every effort to fit me in with a hygienist. The hygienist was kinda and considerate offering me a numbing agent for my gums. It made the deep cleaning a lot less painful. When I mentioned that I may need to take some advil later, the hygienist went and got me some. I am truly impressed with the detail and professionalism of this team.
