I visited this location a couple of years ago for lunch and thought it was decent, but promptly forgot about it. Today I finally returned to give it another try. It's not the Mexican food you'd find somewhere like Texas, but for this area it is pretty decent. The entrée portions are huge and the food is A-OK. I like the salsa bar to personalize your food. Today my husband and I had breakfast burritos. They were the largest burritos ever which I wasn't expecting for around $5 a burrito. The burrito was pretty good. I know there are mixed reviews for Roberto's, but the time of day and the entrée that you order plays a huge role in whether you like this place or not. Roberto's is the type of restaurant you eat after a long night of drinking, and it will always welcome you through it's doors in the wee hours of the night so thank you! They're best known for serving you a gajillion calories of carne asada fries (or ask for a substitution of adobada meat), so make sure you're sharing that plate with your other drunk buddies. I personally liked their chicken tamale combination plate because you can't go wrong with a wet tamale smothered in cheese and sauce. They also provide plenty of spicy side toppings, like their pickled chile and onions that you can freely grab at the salsa bar. GOD AWFUL!!!!!! I am the most greediest person and will almost eat ANYTHING but NEVER ROBERTOS AGAIN. It was truly horrible to say the least. I have never in my life have thrown away a whole burrito AND torta!!! The seasoning was non-existent, the carne asada was tough as leather and the torta was a soggy sad flavorless mess. Maybe because I'm from California and the standards for Mexican food is much higher but I wouldn't recommend Roberto's to my WORSE enemy. I'd rather go to Taco Bell because at least I know it's gonna taste like something. Poor things need to be shut down or hire new cooks and invest in some more seasoning. The owners/workers were rude. I walked in said good morning they didn't even reply to me. The old man just stared at me. The lady was also had a unwelcoming attitude. They must of suffered a lost to have such negative vibes. The floor was sticky like it had not been clean for a while. Horrible customer service. The while Tim e I was trying to place my order the cooks were talking to the cashier over me so she couldn't hear anything I was order I had to repeat it 3 times. That's really rude . I'm currently in the shop now 7-8- 23. At 7am. Waiting to place my order cause when I called nobody answered. Now I'm here waiting almost 10 mins at counter cause the only person here is walking around with headphones and doesn't even kno I'm in here still. This is ridiculous. No respect for the customers. I think you can never go wrong on a grab and go with ROBERTO"S yes.... I mean it"s an anytime I'm feeling good Mexican food. I has been around and it is open 24 hours. Like when you get up in the morning it seems like there is always a Roberto's around the corner for a good breakfast burrito. And...... here's the best part,.... after a long night of hanging out with friends go to this Roberto's and get down with that carne asada burrito or pick one of their great combo. I am not sure why people be giving out 3 stars but I couldn't really expect more from this place. It really does a good job all in all. I will keep coming back to this place lately. Why 4 stars? Food is good at this location, but I am writing a negative review due to the customer service. Walked into this location around 10:30 am to grab a burrito for lunch. I had totally blanked and forgot my mask in my car, lady at the register asked if I had a mask. I said, "oh my gosh I am so sorry I left it in my car" I was going to walk out and grab it, but she rudely said it was fine and told me to wait. I finish paying for my burrito and when they were done making it, she just threw my burrito on the table. Absolutely terrible customer service. Just ordered the 12 rolled tacos meal there was only one choice of meat on the Uber east so I called to do a half and half and they did it for me and make some of the best rolled tacos I've had loaded it with extra cheese and everything. Horrible service at this location. It seem like they like to place you on hold every time. I call once a week and the past 3 times, I've been placed on hold. All you hear is the coworkers talking in the background acting like they're busy. I walked in to find the restaurant empty with no customers ordering or in line. I'm a tipping customer and would tip $5 when I place orders. If the workers are unhappy then why work? Let someone else who's willing to work, take over your position. read more

Good late night Mexican food if you are in the area. Although they are not the best at picking up phone calls for to go orders. They do have a drive though of which we have never tried before. Food ready in 10min. Great service. - Salsa bar packed. I was very excited to find out Roberto's expanded YET AGAIN to this are of Henderson since my sister lives very close to this location. I'm pretty sure they just opened up a couple days ago. In case you didn't know, Roberto's is my go-to post-debauchery food after a night of drinking and other shenanigans that happened, if I'm near one. Hell, I even think its amazing when sober. I usually go for their carne asada fries or a California burrito, but most of the time, like during my visit here, I went with the fries. It's a shade under 8 bucks, and so it seems slightly more expensive than the other locations I've been to. Either way I still think its worth it. Something about how they season the carne asada that keeps my fork busy. Pour on some of that chile verde sauce and its a done deal. Every bite is practically like going to heaven... twice. I wasn't even drunk or buzzed when I ate this mind you. Since its a brand new location, I appreciate the cleanliness of it all. For a franchise with over 40 locations in the Las Vegas area alone, it sure knows what its doing when it comes to making amazing Mexican food. If I ever crave it at say 5 in the morning, best believe I'd come here, since like pretty much all other locations, its 24 hours. That's right. 24 hours. Roberto's FTW. read more

Always my go-to when in Las Vegas. Roberto's not only provides a great place for late night hunger (open 24 hours) but the food is hood, prices reasonable, and the condiment bar is second to none. Today I stopped in for 3 rolled tacos with guacamole for $4 and change. Loaded up on jalapeños, cucumbers and salsa at the condiment bar, and took it back to munch on while watching the NASCAR race in the hotel room. Roberto's is our very favorite Mexican food café! It's our go to for lunch or a quick dinner or anytime, I can't believe it's open 24 hours a day! My favorite is taquitos with guacamole and cheese. But you can also get for free sides of cucumbers fresh, pickled carrots and other veggies some spicy some not. The Spanish music is very relaxing, enjoyable and not too loud. You could walk in order and have your food in about five minutes it's bright and sunny inside. And the staff is so friendly! read more

Mediocre Mexican food joint that is open 24-7. Satisfies any taco/burrito/etc craving you have at any time of the day. There is a salsa bar with pickled veggies that is self serve, which is nice. It's also a chain that is all across the city. I have tried the carne asada burrito, California burrito, chicken chimichanga, and Machaca (shredded beef and eggs). I wasn't blown away by any of it, but it was still tasty for being fast food. I think my favorite out off all of them was the carne asada burrito. Not Faustos. That is all this review should be but I'll do it a bit bigger. I like that they are open late, I like that they are near my house, and I like how it is clean, spacious, and I feel safe late at night. I don't like how greasy the food is and how after about 90% of the times I have eaten there I am immediately sent to the bathroom. Now, some of my friends don't have this problem with them but I have on multiple occasions. I think it depends on the order. Any burrito or fried burrito and this sensation is very apparent so be aware. I don't go often for this reason alone. After a meh experience at Fausto's, I decided to give Roberto's a chance. The burrito itself was definitely larger than Fausto's and the carne asada tasted much better. The salsa bar here was also missing pico de gallo... I guess they dont serve pico in NV taco shops? I am also happy that this location is down the street from my school.
