Gets the job done. Open 24 hours. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito on my way out of Vegas and I was happy someplace was open at 6 a.m. to get something more than a donut. The burrito was large and reasonably priced under $10. The salsa had a good kick to it and I had all the energy I needed for the 5-hour drive ahead of me. There might be better Mexican food in Las Vegas than this chain, but not many will be open 24 hours. If you need something later or very early, this spot is a solid option.

Roberto's Taco Shop is solid for what it is, a cheap fast casual 24 hour restaurant. The adobada burrito is large and filling. Filled with 90% protein and a little salsa and avocado. By the last 1/3 of the burrito it was leaking oil.

I lived that this location was open in the morning. We were about to pick this up for breakfast lol. We really enjoyed the carne asada fries. The sauces were also very good.

04/06/24 Roberto's has been out to go to for nachos and fries that feeds my husband and I. Can't go wrong with nachos and fries for lunch. Staff is always nice and food is quickly made. Don't forget they are open 24/7 so if you have a late night craving for tacos, nachos, burritos , and much more...they are open. Ambiance is chill and place is clean. Check them out! Happy eats!!

I've been here before, but this is my first review. Roberto's is clean and neat, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I had my usual: - Carne Asada Burrito. It was the real deal... the meat was tender and marinated as it should be, and the "stuff" mixed in was a combo of tomatoes, spices, and onions. The burrito itself had the right texture and taste, too. - Beef Rolled Tacos had the right texture, crunch, and flavor, and most importantly, the cheese on top was just right. I used the red salsa, and it was very spicy, and it had great flavor. A definite 5 and I'll be back to try other items on the menu.

Favorite Roberto's location. Here all the time for lunch & dinner. Food is always tasting good, inexpensive/worth every penny! Staff is usually nice but very quick taking orders, and fast preparing food no matter how big the order is. Many places to sit inside, this is a mellow location not too much traffic while always makes my visits an easy process. Locals love Roberto's! Favorites are the chicken taquitos, bean & cheese burrito & chicken taco Wednesdays!! Their green sauce is the best!!!! Love love love this place!!

First of all $13+ for a chicken quesadilla is highway robbery. 2nd for that much you can't throw a little pico or sour cream in there?

They have a Loteria drinking game, with each card matching a drink on the menu. Fun idea, but when explained seemed confusing. The drink was ok, too sweet for me and a little small for the price. Menu highlights for me was The dirty corn, salsa flight, and my (2) taco plate. The dirty corn was a standout with elote-style corn in a bowl, topped with chicharron, chorizo, and spicy mayo. It delivers that street corn flavor, but with a good mix of textures and spice. My tacos were delicious. I tried one grilled shrimp taco and one carnitas taco, served with rice and beans. The blue corn tortillas were a nice touch and pillowy soft! The carnitas were amazing, great flavor and super tender. I shrimp tacos were just as good and when topped with their habanero, verde, and roja salsa, that heat and flavor depth gets elevated! Overall, it's a dependable neighborhood spot with a fun atmosphere, creative touches, and good food that makes it worth a visit if you are in the area!

The vibes are really fun, very vibrant and there are various rooms that could offer more intimate spaces if you wanted. We were greeted pretty promptly, but the service was admittedly slow. He was attentive when around, and there was someone always coming around and filling our water, but it did take a bit to get our order in and receive our food. The food was absolutely delicious! I can't remember the name of my meal, but it had steak with chimichurri, fried plantain, pico, avocado, beans, rice and an egg. My favorite part was definitely the steak! It was perfectly cooked and the chimichurri added the best brightness that the dish needed! There are so many spots in Vegas so I'm not sure I'd come back but I definitely enjoyed it.
