The rolled tacos are a great selection and and combo is a great deal especially on Tuesdays. The food is fresh and cooked to order. The service is normally great. Its pretty fast and efficient. The ambiance is just pretty authentic being that its a fast food mexican restaurant. It also depends which location you visit as well. Gets the job done. Open 24 hours. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito on my way out of Vegas and I was happy someplace was open at 6 a.m. to get something more than a donut. The burrito was large and reasonably priced under $10. The salsa had a good kick to it and I had all the energy I needed for the 5-hour drive ahead of me. There might be better Mexican food in Las Vegas than this chain, but not many will be open 24 hours. If you need something later or very early, this spot is a solid option. read more

This is by far the cleanest Roberto's I've been too. The cashier is supper nice. Along with the cook they both always interact with me. The chorizo breakfast burrito is really yummy paired with their self serve green salsa. I wish I knew the names of the employees because they deserve a raise & personally I think they should be on the Roberto's Billboards. They are great staff. Hardworking and welcoming! read more

Roberto's Taco Shop is solid for what it is, a cheap fast casual 24 hour restaurant. The adobada burrito is large and filling. Filled with 90% protein and a little salsa and avocado. By the last 1/3 of the burrito it was leaking oil. read more

I've been all over the United States and not only is this the worst Mexican food I ever ate in my entire life. This is the worst food in general that I ever eat in my life spent over $150 and the food was ice cold the meat taste like it was 10 days. Old customer service was horrible. I've been here before, but this is my first review. Roberto's is clean and neat, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I had my usual: - Carne Asada Burrito. It was the real deal... the meat was tender and marinated as it should be, and the "stuff" mixed in was a combo of tomatoes, spices, and onions. The burrito itself had the right texture and taste, too. - Beef Rolled Tacos had the right texture, crunch, and flavor, and most importantly, the cheese on top was just right. I used the red salsa, and it was very spicy, and it had great flavor. A definite 5 and I'll be back to try other items on the menu. read more

Least pretty fast service here. Love that you get to grab your own hot sauce n salsa. They have a red hot one red mild one and a green verde chip one. I for combo #4 hard shell chicken tacos rice beans and 1 beef tamale a no red sauce add cheese w a side of pico de gallo- which is actually a bit pricey for the small side you get (@$4.00+) Wish it was cheaper honestly. I took it to go and it was still warm when I got home so that's always a plus. It's a go to for fast mexican food. Perhaps just keep it to ordering in person at this location on Rainbow. I decided to order for delivery through their website which come to find out is delivered via DoorDash. They got my order completely wrong. I ordered a carne asada quesadilla. They gave me fries with adobada and cheese on top- lol. How do you mess up an order this bad? I even noted instructions in Spanish and English. I called the restaurant and they even admitted to getting my order entirely wrong. When I asked for a refund, they told me they could not process it. I contacted DoorDash in hopes of assistance since the delivery was through them and they also stated they could not process a refund. All they did was attempt to contact the restaurant and I never received a response. Why even bother at this point. Lesson learned. Avoid any deliveries from this specific location. Maybe other locations are better at managing that type of service. read more

Located in a business strip mall with Starbucks, there is plenty of parking in the morning for breakfast. I ordered a shredded beef taco, a carne asada burrito and small soda (total came to $18). The crunchy taco was ok, small and really just ok. The carne asada burrito is medium sized with tons of meat and other delicious ingredients. They have a fresh salsa bar with pickled carrots/peppers, raw cucumbers and lime wedges. The greenish-red salsa is spicy! I mixed it with the green mild sauce to make it less spicy. Great customer service in person and over the phone (we call for pick up a lot). They also are always willing to bring more pickles to the front salsa bar or if they run out of jalapeños. Today I chose Roberto's to feed my family and it was an excellent choice. I ordered two carne asada chimichangas and one shredded beef chimichanga to go. Food quality was excellent and delicious and came out in a reasonable time. The cashier that took my order was definitely busy and did an awesome job at multi tasking. She was cleaning a stocking as we came in and was able to take our order in a promptly manner. I was expecting her to honestly to finish what she was doing. (I'm more than patient and I know she is the only one working the counter, and I know she is really busy). A big thank you for everyone working there. I can see how hard everyone is working to make this place as nice as it is. I was craving an hour Fresca so I rolled the dice and pulled into Roberto's Tacos. Score! I ordered carne Asada nachos with no beans and no guac. They were made very quickly and handed to me within minutes. For a small price I got a huge order of nachos. They don't skimp on the meat and every bite had lots of cheese, meat and sour cream. They were delicious! Although I usually love a watermelon agua fresca, this location had pineapple, horchata and hibiscus. I tried the pineapple agua fresca and this is now going to be my go-to place for aqua Fresca. The drink was so refreshing. It wasn't too sweet and it left me craving for more. The cashier was super nice. Offered me several salsas and we did on me well I filled my cup with ice, I definitely will try again. Oh, and if you don't like aqua Fresca, then you don't need to worry because they offer a variety of fountain drink glass and bottle drinks. They even had a non-alcoholic sangria! read more
