The steak was cooked very well, and the calamari and sides were all enjoyable, but the mashed potatoes were easily the standout for me. Definitely one of the best parts of the meal. The atmosphere was also a major highlight. The restaurant has a lively, upscale vibe with a DJ throughout the evening, and the fire performance added something unique and entertaining to the experience without taking away from dinner. A special thank you to our server, Amanda. She was extremely patient, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire meal. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided excellent service from beginning to end. Beautiful Tulum-inspired space, but wildly overpriced, even for the Strip, and the hospitality has completely fallen apart. What a disappointing experience. We wanted a fun, fancy, brunch and chose Toca because the room is gorgeous and the food reviews looked solid. Instead, the tone was set the moment the hostess tried seating us at a table my man physically couldn't fit into because both sides were jammed up against other tables. Yes, he's big and tall, but this wasn't a size issue; it was a layout issue. She moved us a few tables down, directly on top of another couple, and when we politely asked to shift one table over, she snapped a sharp "no." So there we were squeezed in like cattle, practically sharing a table with the most annoying woman alive, loudly complaining about FB the entire time. Not even the loud music could drown her out. My man went back to the hostess to ask again for a different table, and she shut him down with another "no," despite the place being maybe 35% full. We ate our overpriced food, both kicking ourselves for not walking out and taking our business to Javier's, where hospitality still means something. Instead of focusing on the delicious matcha martini, awesome music, or beautiful details everywhere, I'm stuck on hospitality. This place needs to go back to the basics. People like us are willing to pay triple for a Strip experience, but it has to satisfy more than just a pretty space with cool music. We came here for a weekend brunch and were excited to try it. The food was decent but very overpriced. The restaurant is very pretty but the seats in the bar area are on top of one another. We were sat to sit right next to another couple and had to listen to them the entire time which was really annoying. We asked the hostess to be moved and she refused. The restaurant was about 30% occupied and there were many empty tables. We asked her one more time because we didn't want to listen to our neighbors anymore and just requested to be moved one table over and she once again said no. The table we requested sat empty the entire time we dined. The hostess should be fired or you should change your awful rules about not wanting to make customers happy. Toca Madera at Aria is absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot for a date night. The dim lighting, great atmosphere, and stylish decor create an amazing vibe from the moment you walk in. We came for brunch on a weekend and were seated right away with no wait. The service was excellent throughout our meal. I ordered the steak and eggs, and the steak was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. The chicken and waffles were also really good. We went with the mimosas, which were a little pricey at $75 for a bottle of champagne and three different juices, but it's Vegas, so who cares? The real standout was the Matcha Martini. Wow! Wow! Being that I worked in the higher end food service industry, this place really impressed me. Our server, BK/Brandon, was amazing! Our busser girl was also very sweet. The ambiance in here is so fun as is the fire show girl. The music is loud so I wouldn't bring kids here. Definitely more of an adult, romantic restaurant for couples, groups, or girls night out. We started with the chips and salsa, guacamole, calamari, hamachi, and caesar salad. All were incredible. Their salsa is more thick and creamy and not too spicy! Guacamole was delicious and flavorful. It came with plantain chips, but we preferred the normal chips. Calamari was perfectly cooked, not chewy, and came with a green salsa sauce. The sauce didn't have much flavor. This dish could be elevated by adding a spicy pepper or spicy aioli as the sauce! Caesar salad portion was huge! Perfectly coated sauce, a little kick, and so delicious! For drinks, I tried their new wellness mocktail, the Alchemist. Though it was tasty, it was a very small glass, which I didn't feel was worth $16. For entrees, we had the ribeye and New York strip. We had the side of whipped potatoes, corn, and truffle fries. Both steaks were delicious, but a little under cooked for both of them. Whipped potatoes were smooth and fabulous. Corn was better than I expected! Like elote style but it's not on the cob. Truffle fries were very tasty, but just like any average curly fry. For dessert, we had the platter with a variety of 3 desserts. All of them were AMAZING! This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants. I had the branzino and whipped mashed potatoes. The jalapeño oil in the mashed potatoes is such a perfect finish. For appetizer we ordered ceviche (the best ceviche I've ever had) and Tostaditas. The entertainment was nice, which was a fire dancer. It really added to the overall vibe. The reason I am taking away one star is because we had to tell three different people that we had a birthday at the table before it was recognized despite advising what we sat down and when we made our reservation. The good thing is they give you chips and salsa as well as corn jalapeno bites so we weren't left hungry. We also tried the tres leches French toast and it was soooo good, not overly sweet. The mimosa kit was the better option over individual cocktails but the prosecco was a really cheap $12 bottle for the $75 price. Three options for juice and they pour for you. The service today was a bit sluggish with our server disappearing every now and then. Eventually we just finished off the bottle and made our own mimosa as we got bored waiting. Unfortunately, the sluggish service (unheard of in Las Vegas) plus the really cheap place prosecco outshined the flavor. I'd give them a shot for dinner, they do take reservations. read more

In short, the food is delicious, the drinks are consistently good, the service is on point and the vibes at night scream date night. This place has a special place in my heart because it's where I discovered the carajillo, the carajillo I use as the gold standard for all carajillos; granted the OG version with cream is the best. They have great variety of cocktails and getting them is an experience all on their own. Each drink and its presentation are unique to one another. Great IG worthy drinks. As for the food everything was delicious and the proteins tender. Portions are pretty decent for this type of place. Toca Madera was recommended to me by several friends, so when we planned my birthday trip to Vegas, this was at the top of my list. We made an 8:15 p.m. reservation for a party of five and were genuinely excited to celebrate here. Unfortunately, getting an Uber from our hotel ended up being much more difficult than expected. As soon as we realized we might be cutting it close, I called the restaurant to let them know we might be about five minutes late. The employee I spoke with assured me it wouldn't be a problem. We actually arrived at the host stand at 8:13 p.m... two minutes before our 8:15 reservation. We were relieved because we had made it on time. We walked in, admired the beautiful entrance and stunning fire wall, and waited to check in. There were several hosts standing at the front chatting while a number of guests waited nearby. After a few moments, one of the hosts finally acknowledged us, only to tell us that because we were "late," our table had already been given away. I politely explained that it was only 8:13 p.m. and even pointed out the time, but they continued insisting we were late. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping it was simply a misunderstanding, and was told that no manager was available. It was incredibly disappointing because this was supposed to be my birthday dinner, and we never even got the opportunity to experience the food. Hospitality starts the moment guests walk through the door, and unfortunately that first interaction completely soured what we had been looking forward to for weeks. We ended up leaving and having dinner at another restaurant inside the Aria instead. In hindsight, that may have been for the best because we ended up having an incredible meal and a wonderful birthday celebration. We had dinner at Toca Madera Las Vegas during our Vegas trip and it ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend. The vibe here is EVERYTHING. Dark, sexy, and upscale. Between the music, crowd, and fire performances, it really feels like a full experience and not just dinner. I will say, when we first arrived the front dining room surrounded by candles was VERY warm. I asked if they could lower the AC because while I totally understand the ambiance they're going for, once everyone starts eating and drinking it gets hot fast. They were very accommodating and did lower it a bit, which we appreciated. I also loved that they start you off with pico de gallo and chips for the table, and when we asked for more they happily brought extra. Such a small thing but it made the experience feel really welcoming and generous. For food, we ordered the truffle quesadilla, street corn, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana. The truffle quesadilla was SO good and packed with flavor from the mushrooms, truffle oil, and cheese. The street corn was delicious too, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana was such a fun twist on a classic. Crispy chicken, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted Chihuahua cheese. For drinks, I had the Toca Margarita and loved it. Super fresh and well balanced. Service was great throughout the night and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group dinner before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere. Came by to celebrate my birthday and everything went great. We were sat about 10 minutes after my reservation which worked out because we needed time for photos. They have a cute and vibey entrance for photo opportunities. Our waiter was a very cool guy. On top of it with refilling waters and helped navigate the menu. The food was very good. Started with guacamole which was so flavorful. Loved the combo of tortilla chips and plantains. I shared the short rib enchiladas and mashed potatoes. We got the sauce half green and red. Date of visit: February 17, 2026 I was meeting some friends that were here for the first time and they kept ignoring the suggestions I had for places to go on The Strip and this is where they wanted to meet. I do like the area and haven't ever eaten at Crystals, so I bit the bullet and went to meet them. First, the decor was amazing! They could and should film movies in this place, I was so in awe of it that I didn't remember to take pictures, but it's worth it just to walk in and take a look around I was so impressed with everything. The serving team was also quite good. I wish I could remember our waiter's name, he was very handsome and efficient to boot, a rare combo! They kept my water glass full and the Coke Zeros coming for my friend, which was great. The chips were also very good, I definitely would eat those again. Unfortunately my burger was horrible. I got grief from folks at work when I relayed this experience to them as I ordered a burger at a Mexican restaurant, but the tacos looked like they were for children and $42 for four of them was a bridge too far. Think Mexican steakhouse with an atmosphere is lively and upscale. There's also a fire dancer at the bar about every hour that definitely adds to the whole Vegas experience. It's a great spot for a night out if you're looking for high energy, music, and a scene. The food is designed for sharing, which we loved since everything was perfectly portioned and flavorful. Standout dishes were Mexican chop salad, ceviche blanco, and crispy wonton tacos! There's also a variety of sauces for your steak that you need to try and the chipotle mezcal butter was out of this world! Cocktails were also a standout: creative, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. The Ghost Rider and Passion Fruit margaritas were my favorite. The only downside was the wait. I wish I could give 10 stars! Our experience was THAT AMAZING. We arrived a little early for our 5:30 reservation, but were seated just after a few minutes waiting. It is upscale, yet still inviting. Our server was fabulous (I'm so sad I didn't catch her name)! We started with the chips, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa was spicy without being overwhelming and the guacamole was fresh, chunky, and just made really well. They give 2 types of chips- regular and plantain, which was a really nice touch- loved the plantain chips, they added a little sweetness to the savory dips. Our entrees were the taco flight (one of each flavor- the fish was a favorite), the filet (cooked perfectly medium, juicy, tender, could cut with a fork- and the addition of the roasted garlic on the side was a nice touch- we spread it on the steak for the perfect bite), and the street corn (traditionally made and a great addition for something extra). I'm giving 4 stars only because I was not able to dine in the main dining room, which was something I was really looking forward to experiencing for my dad's birthday. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, this was such a treat. One thing I want to call out is that the restaurant is located right outside the Crystal Shops and the Aria entrance. If you are valeting, it is not a far walk at all for my girls that want to wear heels! However, if you are Ubering, just know there is a bit of a trek to the pickup at the Aria. The entrance is beautiful with the fire and wood aesthetic. We came to celebrate my father's birthday, and I was so happy to finally share this spot with him. The service was absolutely amazing and our server, Robin, was such a charm. I love when a restaurant asks if it's your first time and explains how things work; he pointed out all of his favorites and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I had the grilled branzino, which was absolutely the star of the show, and the whipped potatoes. You have to love a place that is well-appointed, yet approachable. The space that is Toca Madera (Knock on Wood) is modern, sophisticated, elegant, romantic, but most of all .... welcoming. Buttressed against the backdrop of the excess that is the Crystal Shopping area (home to Gucci, Louis, Tiffany, blah, blah, blah) - one may give pause. I myself was intrigued by the clever Tokyo inspired wood work and fire elements. So I grab hold of the big heavy door and entered, like a hobbit from a JRR Tolkien novel. Upon entry (I was there at 5pm) you notice the warm dim of candle light. Only after taking a seat did my sense detect the scent of wax and I realize that I am surrounded by over 100 REAL burning wax candles! I asked an employee how many candles burned. Too many to count apparently, for he had no answer. Brass tax: I sat at the bar for happy hour (4-6 M-F). I ordered the battered sea bass tacos (2) and a glass of their "house" Sancerre. Our barkeep (Ian? I forget his name!) was the consummate host. He glided behind the bar, conversed, and engaged with everyone from all walks of life, on the same level. We all felt like a VIP (this is not the case in many Vegas bars). Back to the food: you are served complimentary chips and pico (nothing is complimentary any more). But the tacos! They were generously portioned, seasoned perfectly, and topped with an elegant slaw of julienned radish and scallion. The magic finish? A devine spatter of whatever the sauce was! The Sancerre they serve by the glass, you typically can only order by the bottle. The price point was right on par with the rest of the Strip. In that case, a bargain. Like a moth to a flame, enter. Leave like a satisfied wolf, who has just feasted by the moonlight. Knock on wood, they stay around for many years to come. Or at the very least, until my next visit to Vegas. I will have a proper sit down for dinner next time around. Knock on wood, God willing. read more

First time here for brunch and it was just as good as dinner. Maybe better. The breakfast tower was far more food than we expected. The drinks knocked it out of the park. Amazing presentation. The chicken and waffles was a huge portion. Everything was so good! read more

Here for our friend's birthday & we had a great time! From food, drinks & ambiance, everything was amazing! The set with trees is the vibe! The cocktail selection is good! Makes you want to try them all. Service is two thumbs up! They have live performers in the restaurant and for our celebrant, this person played happy birthday on his saxophone, they also have another performer with fire on her hands.
