The burger was dense and somewhat dry, while the sirachi was a small dollop it was tasted in only one bite. The beer battered onion rings were heavy and sweet. The cajun fries were good. The burger, fries and rings are decent, but not remarkable. I felt The Burger Dive may thrive in competitions, while serving the masses is more of a challenge. Rather than dwelling on my assessment, please give The Burger Dive a chance and rate them on your own. It is hard to besmudged a business when they have a large and loyal following. When we were there, only one employee was working the bar. We ordered a beer and a cider flight, but after we ordered several more customers came in and lined up. The bartender understandably tried to take care of everyone, but ended up serving at least six new arrivals -- pouring beers and running payments -- while our order never came. After about 20 minutes we had to leave, which was really disappointing because we were genuinely looking forward to it. This isn't a complaint about the staff -- she was clearly doing her best -- just a heads-up: if you visit during slower months, be prepared for limited staffing and longer waits (and possibly no food service). We'll definitely still come back... just maybe during busier season next time.
